Pope Francis Contradicts Church Teaching. Again.
One Peter Five ^ | March 4, 2016 | Steve Skojec

Pope Francis, in his recent address to the priests who will act as “Missionaries of Mercy,” once again placed himself at odds with established (and infallible) Catholic teaching, when he undermined the very matter and form of the sacrament of confession (all emphasis in the following quotes is mine):

I am starting to think he knows the Communist Manifesto better than he knows the Bible or the Catechism.

We may be in for a treat and see, for the first time ever in all of human history, a pope hit by thunderbolts from God. This dope is the most irreligious pope ever.

There was a link in the article that anyone can click on. But I'm not surprised that you appear to be one of the missing link subscribers.

Assuming the quote attributed to the Pope is accurate, all he seems to be saying is that a penitent might confess a sin using words or gestures, as long as the meaning is clear.

I’m not Catholic. Can someone please tell me how a pope gets to be pope? It’s an election, yes? Isn’t there supposed to be some kind of divine guidance or something? Or is it just an election based on modern day politics of the church?

This clown needs to walk away and find a new job.

“This clown needs to walk away and find a new job.”

This clowns job along with his fellow homos is to undermine and destroy the Catholic Church from within. Just like the liberals
in the democrat and republican parties are doing in this country.
The goal is one world government and one world religion.
The government will socialist/fascist and the religion
will be government.

Question regarding Arius...

I did as you suggested and looked up Arius and read how he died. (gruesome)

However, if Arius was a heretic for not recognizing the Trinity, why was he later canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church?

I’m not Catholic, but I can tell you for a fact that there is no St Arius. You’re probably thinking of St Athanasiua, who was one of Arius’ theological opponents.

Is the Arian Catholic Church a false sect of the Catholic Church?

Arius was recognized as a Saint and Martyr by the Arian Catholic Church on 16th June 2006, which has become his memorial day.

St Arius - Founder of Arianism

Presbyter Saint Arius - remembered for his views
concerning the trinity and
the divinity of
Christ

Arius Officially NOT a Heretic! An interesting point to note is that because Arius was officially re-instated into the Full Communion of the church before he died in 336 AD, by the Emperor of Rome, Constantine I, he officially is NOT excommunicated and therefore NOT a heretic according to the Roman Catholic church!

The “Arian Catholic Church” is an internet church started in 2006. I would take whatever they say regarding Anything Catholic with a Huge Grain of Salt.

Thank you for the clarification. The posted article appeared to go against the teaching of the Catholic Church.
