That is because these positions are not Dogma, ok? On that, all Bishops are on the same page - unless we have a heretic among us.
How is this different from all the televangelists who seem to be all over the map?

Seriously, the whole world would greatly benefit if the Catholics would just be Catholic.

Except they're not, because they may not differ on Doctrine. The "positions of the bishops" he is citing is their opinion, not Dogma.

So true. There was a bishop in PA on a radio show that said that agreeing, or disagreeing on illegal immigration is a matter of opinion, but believing in abortion is definitely WRONG. (I’m paraphrasing.)
