Marquette University is offering a monthly LGBT Mass on campus.
Marquette University is a Catholic institution founded in 1881 by the Society of Jesus, more commonly known as the Jesuits. It is one of the most famous Catholic universities in America, and is lauded for both its academic and sports programs.
However, like other Jesuit universities, its theological formation has grown far from its staunchly Catholic roots. In December 2014, a teacher told a student not to say anything opposed to gay "marriage" because it might offend other students, and any opposition to it in the first place should be considered inherently "homophobic."
In response, John McAdams, a tenured associate professor at Marquette, wrote an angry commentary on the controversy, saying, "Like the rest of academia, Marquette is less and less a real university, and when gay marriage cannot be discussed -- certainly not a Catholic University."
As a consequence, rather than being lauded, the university suspended him from campus and placed him under investigation.
It should come as no surprise, then, that Marquette has now openly advertised a monthly campus Mass in support of the LGBT movement. According to its website:

When ChurchMilitant.com contacted Marquette for an official statement on the Mass, the university hung up on us without comment.
Gay Mass = Oxymoronic
Apostasy. And since the Pope is an apostate, it’s a rare bishop, like Samuel Aquila in Denver, who will teach the truth.
Jesus openly defied the authorities by working to meet the pastoral needs of thieves and other sinners. What he didn't do was celebrate their sins or coach them on how to continue in that life. "If you both carried lamps during your night burglaries, you could be in and out faster, and face less risk of getting caught," or "the next time you are committing adultery, make sure that you meet all the physical needs and fantasies of your fellow adulterer," do not sound like Christian messages. Neither does a "gay mass".
I meant to add: “Neither do I condemn thee” is only half of the proper Christian message. The other half is: “go, and sin no more.”
I am not so arrogant that I am willing to edit out the parts of the Bible that go against my urges. Just the reverse. As a central aspect of my faith, I know that I am deeply flawed while God is perfect, so I do my best to defer to Him whenever my desires and His guidance conflict.
We are living in the last days, thus it seems to me that the promoters of this abomination (gay-mass) are in reality Satan’s agents through which persecution and affliction of Christians is carried out. (the beast that arises from the sea: Rev. 12:1-14; 20)

Yes indeedie, there’s one little problem that keeps getting in the way. God says homosexuality is a sin. So, until God signs on they’re still screwed.
What has Marquette U become? Shameful.

University of Wisconsin Milwaukee has the transgender adjustment counseling program through the University’s Student Health Center. Marquette with its LGBT Mass and the University of Wisconsin Madison and Madison having the largest homosexual population in the Midwest. It is the signs of the times for Wisconsin’s state funded educational facilities, so now the private colleges have to cash in on the gravy train. Wonder what will happen to the many other private colleges in Wisconsin will they be making steps to accept the sad new reality of transgender and LBGT trashola. Beloit College (Beloit), Cardinal Stritch University (Catholic)(Milwaukee ) Concordia University (lutheran)(Mequon), Lawrence University (Appleton), Marian University (catholic) (Fond du Lac), Mt Mary College (catholic)(Wauwatosa), Ripon College (Ripon) Wisconsin Lutheran College (Lutheran)(Milwaukee). There is the all women’s college on the southside of Milwaukee too, there name just fails my memory right now! What about the Bible Schools and seminaries in Wisconsin Nashotah House (delafield), Northland University (pembine), Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary - (thiensville) will they be forced to accept the alternative lifestyle being shoved down the throats of Americans because of the feds
Maybe this was too harsh. God knows I need Grace as much or more than anyone. But a Sodomite Mass and desecrating My Lord at it? I can’t fathom it.
“You can help me by explaining how a Catholic Institution can desecrate our Lord and Savior in a Sodomite Mass. I realize that this IS a Jesuit College and I realize that most Jesuits no longer believe in God, or Satan, or Heaven, or Hell, or sin, otherwise this disgusting sacrilege would not only not be taking place, but with a sense of pride no less. God is slow to anger and quick to forgive, but he will not slumber forever and I can assure you if you don’t repent and repent now publicly and put a stop to this sodomite sacrilege of the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ you will find yourself in the Hell you don’t believe in. Stop this evil and repent before it’s too late. Otherwise denounce Catholicism and cease being a “so called” Catholic University and say what it really is: a Satanic University.”

The same can now be said for Marquette being “Catholic”.
They pulled the same crud at Notre Dame some years back.
Because there is such a demand for Catholic Mass from the queers?
Doubt it.
If the Pope doesn’t crack down on this abomination quickly, then he approves of it.
