Europe has assumed the posture of the Good Samaritan as a response to the tsunami of refugees and migrants flooding the continent. Politicians and public authorities are in the grip of emotional do-good-ing. Critical voices and questions are attacked with a barrage of accusations of inhumanity, lack of compassion or outright racism. Any intelligent political debate on immigration has therefore been silenced and replaced by a grandiose show of emotion.
Danish police gave up registering refugees and migrants entering at the border because the migrants refused to comply with regulations in order to push on to go to Sweden. This was a de facto abolition of constitutionally enacted statutes. The police simply surrendered to the pressure from the crowd demanding abandonment of the rule of law. Minister for Justice Soren Pind subsequently appeared on TV all teary-eyed and emotional about the sheer goodness and altruism of the police. Reality inverted. Law enforcement commended for allowing people to break the law. This abolition of the rule of law and the political agenda of open borders for mass immigration are defended on the basis of arguments drawn from Christian charity.
What is happening here? The EU politicians, who have so far advocated strict separation of politics from religion, and who have banished religious symbols from any public display, now employ Christian arguments when stating their immigration policy. Has the Europe that has been abandoning its Christian roots progressively for decades, for instance by refusing to mention Christianity in the EU Treaty, decided to return to its heritage like the Prodigal Son?

Personally, I think this whole thing has been engineered and the plan has been in place for decades. I remember ~1980 or so, listening to a lecture about how, 100 years hence, the world would be one [brownish] race. That it was inevitable. Used to wonder exactly how that would happen. We are seeing it now.
Notice that the “enlightened” Western Europeans are being invaded while the “backward” Eastern Europeans are holding the line.
It would not surprise me if, in 50 or so years, what remains of the West begs the Eastern Europeans to invade and rescue the from the “utopia” they have created.

2. The only hope for their co-existence is their "Americanization," that is, religion isn't necessary or desirable. It's not even do-able for Sundays if the football games are on during church service. That has already happened with most Protestant denominations.
The Catholics dealt with it by have a "vigil" Mass on Saturday evenings at 5:00 P.M. That vigil Mass took care of the Sunday obligation. That's not a new concept anyway.
Besides, Protestants are NOT required to go to church on Sundays and incur no sin if they stay home ALL year...no obligation whatsoever to Sunday worship or any kind of worship. They aren't even required to read their Bibles. They have no confession, no penance and many don't consider the communion they have as the real Body and Blood of Jesus. They haven't the seven Catholic sacraments.
They aren't even required to go to church service on Christmas or Easter.
The only "sacrament" some Californians have is their state capitol, SACRAMENTO, named after that Blessed Meal by the Spaniards.
Catholics are required to go to confession once a year and Holy Communion twice a year. Imagine, requirements. How DARE anyone tell an American what to do and when to do it?

But why? Would the replaced population be more ecologically literate and concerned about the planet? These are Muslims we're talking about, who trash every place they go to.
Russia knows how to treat people in a Christian way. Ask the Ukranians. Ask the ones killed by the Russian missile on Malaysian flight 17.
