"He" is what??
The anti-God (Rev. 13:1), or
the anti-Spirit (Rev. 13:4), or
the anti-Christ (Rev. 13:11), or
the abomination of desolation (Rev. 13:14-17)
All these are present and dominant in the earthly sphere at the beginning of the 70th week/heptad of years, the beginning of the tribulation period, of which the last three and a half years is the Great Tribulation.
The Rapture of the Bride and Her Friends into God's Paradise/Heaven marks
- the separation of wheat from tares, good fish from bad fish, wise virgins from foolish virgins, for
- the reintegration of the souls and spirits of the righteous saints with their new eternally living bodies of flesh and bone, like that of the resurrected Jesus;
- their judgment at the bema seat of Christ,
- the final cleanup and instruction of the Bride, and
- the consummation of the marriage of the Lamb (Rev. 19:7), - and its period of a year of secluded fellowship of the Christ and His Bride,
- during which the events of the tribulation are concurrently proceeding in the temporal sphere,
- after completion of which the Faithful and True righteous avenger goes forth to make war with the anti-trinity and their worldlings.
- Then these forces are vanquished, The anti-God and anti-Christ cast into the lake of fire, the anti-Spirit into the sides of the bottomless pit, and the remnant of faithless humans slain; and
- The king of Kings and Lord of Lords establishes His thousand-year reign and Kingdom of Heaven upon the Earth;
- judges the (people and governments of) nations (Mt. 24:21-46); and
- rules, with His overcomers, through His Regent David, from Jerusalem, over those remnant of humans justified by faith in the tribulation now to populate and restore the ruined earth.
You ought not to have a problem with this if you are His purchased possessions taught by a faithful discipler.
