Careful not to have this man upstage the rich boy from Honolulu. After all, didn’t we read about how Jewish he was in his soul not too long ago?

I would think the Pope should be doing something. Perhaps he is, but we’re not hearing about it. The church is rich enough to send in armed contractors to rescue large numbers.
It would appear, though, that Popes don’t do that sort of thing today. In earlier years the Jesuits were similar to shock troops.

I have recently read a children’s book to my grandkids titled “In My Pocket” that’s about the Kindertransport train. It’s authored by a woman who took it on her trip to England.

I can't save the world, he said. But there is a very specific possibility on the Christian side.
Weidenfeld appears to have been inspired by the late Nicholas Winton, who rescued more than 10,000 Jewish children during World War II through his Kindertransport train initiative. I love it. There are stars whose radiance is visible on Earth though they have long been extinct.
There are people whose brilliance continues to light the world even though they are no longer among the living.
These lights are particularly bright when the night is dark.
They light the way for humankind.

In contrast to this appreciative survivor to the ones that saved him another Jewish man who survived the Holocaust on the will and determination of the United states Jew George Soros
has contributed much to the unraveling of this once great country.
