Le drone s'élève depuis le parvis de la place des Enfants Nantais et parcourt l'étendue de la façade de la basilique Saint-Donatien, jusqu'aux campaniles : se dévoile alors à nos yeux l'immense charpente mise à nue, carbonisée. The church was not totally destroyed.

Look at the beginning of the video it pans the front of the building. Have you ever seen anything so beautiful? That is indeed a sight to behold!!!!

From what I heard on EWTN, the building is built of limestone. It was only the wood that burned.

It will be rebuilt.
