"But how can an entire country become infested by demons to the point that it’s necessary to resort to an Exorcismo Magno?"

And, at this point, the U.S. is different how?

We don't have (I don't think) a big chunk of population with a superficial Roman Catholic veneer over a deeply pagan indigenous religion.

BTW, you might want to g00gle up "Santa Muerte".

**“We don’t drive out all the evil spirits from a country with just one ceremony. But even though all will not be expelled, those that were removed are not there anymore.”

Some great insight there. Obviously more exorcisms are needed.

Oh, for this to happen in the United States!

No, instead we have a newly-home-grown deeply pagan religion seeking to be enforced by the power of the state, complete with infant sacrifice, perverted sex, and fines, prison, and eventually worse for those who don’t go along with the program.

If Catholicism is the answer to the world’s woes, then it makes you wonder how such a highly Catholic country like Mexico got into such bad shape to begin with.

But then again, looking at other highly Catholic countries, one begins to see a pattern.....

The world has talking animals to this day, and the world system believes in witches, wizards, demons, seances, astrology, spontaneous generation and all other kinds of absurd magical stories about the universe creating itself from nothing.

They have nothing over Christianity.

And yes, the world system needs help.

And Christianity has something the world knows nothing about.

Love and forgiveness.

After six years of Obama, this question needs to be asked?

You’re right, it fits the time frame of my own personal struggles against ramped up satanic attacks.

I’ve encountered the thinking that there’s usually an uptick in obvious demonic activity when God is moving.

Some people have concluded that you can tell with things are happening in the spiritual realm that we aren’t immediately aware of because of that demonic activity being an indicator.

IOW, they’re tipping their hand.

You can see the same pattern of godlessness in highly Protestant countries, too. England, Netherlands, Sweden/Norway/Denmark...And Remember that the many of the central American countries (El Salvador, Belize, Guatemala) are close half Protestant now, while Nicaragua and Panama have strong Protestant minorities.

Oh, you mean they all have drug cartels and the same level of corruption in their government that Mexico has had for DECADES as a Catholic country?

Shall we look at other examples of Catholic countries and their history? Like the Dominican Republic? Haiti? Colombia? Brazil? Virtually ANY South American country? Cuba? The Philippines? Ireland? Italy? (think WWII and what side they were on)

The Catholic church does not have history on its side when it comes to building a case in support of it.

And they’re all rightly derided. I’ll stick with the real world.

Few countries have the level of cartel activity that Mexico labors under -- as a "Catholic" country that slaughtered its clergy and banned its religion at the behest of communism about 100 years ago, a crisis from which the country never recovered. The South American countries have their woes, but also bear in mind that abortion is illegal in all but a handful.

The thrust of your argument is pretty shallow, if I do say so. You appear to be basing "history" on the last 100-150 years. As for WW2, Italy is a complicated case, but at last call the non-RSI-occupied portion was on our side. As an aside, who's side were the Dutch, Danes, Swedes, Norwegians, and Belgians on? Between them they managed to field 5th SS Wiking, SS Grenadiers Wallonien, 11th SS Nordland and 6th SS Mountain-Nord, and many other units that I can't recall off the top of my head -- hundreds of thousands of men from occupied countries were quite happy to lend a hand to the Germans. Point being, "the Italians were mostly Catholics and they helped the Germans, sort of, in WW2" is a very poor basis indeed for condemning the Catholic Church.

Can you provide an alternative suggestion then? What do you propose needs to be done, or how should the spirits be disposed?

Is exorcism Biblical? Then how come I never hear of evangelical Pastors doing this ritual, and only Catholic Priests?

Jesus cast out lots of demons - so yes it is Biblical. I’m not sure about the Catholic/Protestant thing. (I’m prot).
