As part of the enrollment process, the terms of agreement between student and university should be spelled out. Now IF the university takes in public monies then that becomes a stickier proposition and requires a lawyer to sort out.

Sounds like GWU Law School Professor John Banzhaf is a “vexatious litigant” who should be forcibly prevented from pursuing his brand of extortionate ‘lawfare’ against normal, decent people and institutions.
