Pope Francis met privately with a Spanish transgender man this weekend, according to new report featured in the Washington Blade.
Diego Neria Lejárraga told the Spanish newspaper Hoy that he and his fiancée met with the pontiff at his official Vatican residence on Saturday, in what would mark the first meeting of a pope with a transgender person.

Look at the responses.
It.never.fails.
I hope the Vatican removed the “Men” and “Women” signs from the bathroom doors during this time. Wouldn’t want to hurt his/her/it’s feelings.
Help!
Does a transgendered man have a new part, or did he leave something at the clinic?
I blame the media here.
If the Pope would stop cuddling up to queers and terrorists; maybe the media would cease this non-stop reporting of his activities.
Why, they’re trying to make him out to be a liberal or something.

Don’t blame the media. If the Pope didn’t do this in the first place, the media would have nothing to go on.
I waver between thinking Pope Francis is evil, and thinking that he’s vain and stupid. I’m opting for the latter. I don’t think he means to destroy the Church, but he’s simply obsessed with his own personal press releases.
I think this Pope is to Catholics the same as Obama is to the United States.
Nothing this idiot Pope does surprises me.
No — much worse. Obama’s job is secular and not religious.
Hey, at least we know they won’t be “irresponsible parents”.
He’s definitely the Church’s Obama. And, like Obama, he’s vain and not very bright and being used by others.
However, like Obama, he has some basic principles: anti-Western, anti-Church, anti-reason, pro-Muslim, anti-”capitalist.” The Pope doesn’t think up the plan, but he’s definitely on board with it.
You are correct. Unfortunately the pope did do it; and he had phoned her/it twice before.
Strange Guests: Last Saturday afternoon Pope Francis received in private audience a 48-year-old Spanish woman who dresses like a man and had her breasts removed. She was accompanied by her lesbian lover. The woman had written to Francis complaining that quote she felt emarginated from the Church after she had quote changed her sex. In December the pope had called the woman twice.
And those "others" could very well include a fallen angel.
