FATHER, how we long to please YOU in all that we do, and say. LORD, thank YOU for giving us hearts of flesh, alive and able, willing to come before YOU to offer a sacrifice of Thanksgiving and Praise. May it be a sweet savor in the presence of THY GLORY. FATHER we lift up our hands asking that YOUR HOLY SPIRIT will fill them with PURPOSE for the GLORY OF YOUR NAME and the GOOD of SOULS. AMEN. May we be a blessing to others as we receive from YOU. Amen.

LORD, we bless YOUR NAME because YOU hear our prayers each and every day as we come before YOUR THRONE asking for MERCY and GRACE to be upon our beloved heroes. We have this sure confidence in CHRIST that YOU hear us, because we are cleansed in HIS BLOOD, clothed in HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, and in YOUR GOOD PLEASURE it is HIS voice that YOU hear to intercede for us before THY HOLINESS, as we await our GLORIOUS REDEMPTION. AMEN. Thank YOU for YOUR daily MERCIES upon our heroes, and we ask that YOU keep them safe.

FATHER, and what can we say about the condition of our country. LORD, we as a nation have been increasingly turning away from YOU, and in doing so we are turning our back on MERCY and GRACE. No wonder YOUR WORD speaks frequently about foolishness. LORD, as we see evil rise, even our own fears are foolish. To fear man and to lose our souls at the same time is the ultimate folly. LORD, we pray, TURN US BACK, MAY THE FEAR OF THE LORD be our only compass so that this nation will once again live in WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE and the HOLY SPIRIT, under the PRECIOUS and ETERNAL NAME of JESUS our LORD AND SAVIOR. AMEN.

I know for me, it will be difficult to listen to the State of the Union address today. Rhetoric without Wisdom and the Fear of the LORD is but babble. Let us pray for an awakening in hearts and minds to the things of the LORD. Thank you for covering our heroes with blessing, love and support each day. Love, Jean
