He’s not even really complaining about the SSPX. If he’s talking about Dolan, Kelly et al., then he’s talking about people who left the SSPX 30 years ago. They have very Protestant attitudes.

Kelly and Dolan broke away from the SSPX in 1983 to form the SSPV (which Dolan eventually left).
