Just an update on our unborn child. She is at 29 weeks gestation today, and holding steady! Our Doc (a wonderful Catholic woman) has been great. She is very positive that Dani will be viable, and that every indication is that the child will make it close to term. Dani is growing well, if a bit small. The current size is just at two pounds, and that is within the normal range.

My bride is getting sick of bed rest, but a lot of people from my church have been coming by bringing food and support. She now gets my casserole jokes about Lutheran's, but is very happy that people are stopping by.

Ahh...bedrest. Lonliest time of my life. Our physical needs were well taken care of - people to watch our daughter (3 at the time), food, laundry, etc. But lots of time with nothing to do but think and worry.

Prayers for you and your wife and precious little girl.

And if doctor approves - arrange for a massage therapist to visit if your wife is getting uncomfortable. A friend did that for me and I had three whole days of blissful comfort afterward.
