Gay = happy, joyful...the misuse of the word, which re_nortex alluded to
Homosexual, because there’s nothing gay about it.
I'm an old fuddy-duddy who absolutely refuses to buckle under to the sodomite thugs. Therefore, I stubbornly refuse to use the term "gay" to apply to the miserable deviants who engage in what God clearly stated as an abomination. It sickens me to see the smirks when "Deck the Halls" is sung during Christmas.
I remember the good old days when a gracious host would make sure ashtrays were on the coffee table and homosexuality was regarded as evil. Now, things are upside down. Smoking is among the ultimate evils and homosexuality is taken by far too many as acceptable. Not me. Never was...never will be.
QUEER was the original street name for homos, at least in my day. For me it’s one of the most accurate. GAY misses what these people are....by miles!
