I remember years ago there was a feminist powwow of some kind in Barcelona where they paraded around with jars of their aborted babies chanting things like "Libertat o Mort" (Catalan: "Liberty or Death.")

It seems they were actually enthusiasts for liberty AND death. Death as liberty. It makes one seriously wonder about demonic possession.
