Yes, Bible fans, this is the moment everyone has been talking about in the Christian church yet few having any idea of the legal prerequisites to the event of which they so cluelessly speak: The Gathering Together (harpadzo in Greek, rapturo in Latin) of the Saints at the second coming of the Messiah (or the first coming of Yeshua as The Messiah as he came the first time as THE PROPHET that we must shema (hear and obey)). Do not miss this event (either this teaching on Shabbat Night Live or the actual Last Trump resurrection of those in Messiah).
Call your friends, enemies, pastors, teachers, commanding officers, moms and dads and tell them: Tonight, on A Rood Awakenings Shabbat Night Live, we will find out exactly WHEN the rapture occurs! that ought to get their attention. With all the non-sense talk about the rapture happening at the time of the upcoming lunar eclipses, this will again set the record straight that there will be NO PRE-TRIBULATION RAPTURE and when the rapture does transpire, it will not be a secret to anyone except the members of the Dead Atheists Society awaiting the Resurrection of the Unjust.
This SNL will be, as all future episodes, FAMILY FRIENDLY I will not be telling either Obama, the Congress, or the Pope where to go. Or perhaps I will opt to use either the Hebrew or Greek words so that those without a seminary diploma or an analytical concordance of the original languages will not be able to decipher my decidedly de-escalated tirades against the perversions, abominations, and compromises of Post Christian America.

We Pre-Tribbers may be disappointed if Antichrist confirms a peace treaty with Israel before the rapture of the church, but by no means unhappy, for we know that at the very least, Christ will come back in 7 years from that point.
We ready ourselves regardless, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed, for that which we look forward, and have been admonished to anticipate, is the return of Christ... not the appearance of Antichrist and the following Great Tribulation.
If we have misinterpreted the sequence of events, well so much for being human. But you have to admit, there is a bit of mystery as to when exactly things are to happen. This mystery leads many believers to consider the doctrine of Imminence. Imminence comes from the idea of overhanging, as though the thing could come crashing down at any moment. A thing that is imminent is not date or event dependent, but leads to an expectation that NOW could be the moment. We Pre-tribbers live with the expectation that NOW could be the moment of our corporate translation. And the debate goes on... this must be driving Satan crazy.
Frankly, this is not a time to rest on one's laurels smug in the believe that you've gotten your ticket punched and are on the first train out-a-here.
Those in Yeshua regardless of their rapture belief have much work to do during these times as was explained in the parable of the Bags of Gold (Matt. 25:14-30).
I'm looking for the latter rain to begin soon and things will begin to make more and more sense as we progress deeper into this, as they are even now.
"Smug" may be how you interpret the confidence of the Pre-tribber, but no one that I know looks upon the imminent return of Christ in a frivolous or smug manner, but rather soberly as one works to be prepared to give an account to his Lord. God bless, and peace out!
I didn’t mean to imply all pre-tribbers of course. I have had more than a few believers tell me they’re going to miss “all of that tribulation stuff” though. When I hear them say that, it makes me fearful they may not be able to handle the truth. I hope their “confidence” doesn’t lead to a state of denial once the reality they were wrong becomes apparent. Better to just accept you were wrong or misled and make the necessary adjustments and prepare to face the coming onslaught. God bless you as well.
Oh boy... What qualifies you to call people you do not know complacent or smug or anything else... nonetheless, Lord love, bless and keep you.
“When” we are caught up to meet the Lord in the air, from that point on, we shall forever be with the Lord... can we agree this is scriptural and true?
Yeah, but this guy says it's today—with Christ as his witness, no less.
Sigh. I never know which crank I'm supposed to believe.
The ones I'm talking about are indeed ones I know personally FRiend. They do not even discuss end time events because they feel they will not be here to see it, so why waste time on it. To think they are the only pre-tribbers who feel that why would be a real stretch, IMO.
Yes, when "those in Messiah" are caught up at the second coming/apperance, both those living and those in the grave, all of these will remain by his side for eternity.
After Yeshua's thousand year reign on earth and the final battle against Satan, those remaining in the grave will be resurrected and judged by Yeshua (for none come to the father except through him), according to scripture.
It takes some study of scripture and comparing what is written against what you hear some saying, then you will know better who to believe/trust. Scripture tells us to even test the spirits.
1 John 4 "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but test the spirits whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."
Read the whole chapter.
Maybe later when you are a bit wiser, you'll not toss everyone into your "crank" basket. :)
Unfortunately, there are all types of believers who pay no heed to prophecy or eschatology. But I would be hesitant to say they won’t be there when we are all called up. There are many devout believers who love and serve the Lord, with little concern of when “it” all happens. My son is one who deeply desires to walk the walk but feels that talking about prophecy is secondary to learning how to be Christlike. I chalk that up to a kind of immaturity. Then again, I believe God is the one in charge of our individual lives and will bring issues up with us as He sees fit.
It is important to grasp prophecy and know the signs of the times, but when there are differences of interpretation, we should be careful not to deny our brothers and sisters, when God has received them... for anyone who confesses Christ as Lord and believes in his heart that God has raised him from the dead, shall be saved. Rom 10:9
On THIS we are in complete and total agreement. :)
I have no need to toss "everyone" :) into the crank basket. But I exercise my peremptory basket-chuck on Hebraizers and Rapturizers.
Especially the kind of hubristic Hebraizers that tout themselves as "the most energetic exposition of Scriptural truth to come out of Israel in more than a millennium." There are too many good theologians to read in a lifetime, to waste my time on the silly ones who think a lot too highly of themselves.
Well stop wasting time then...
Whose time am I wasting? Not mine, since obviously I feel justified in writing my posts; and not yours, since obviously you are not obligated to read them.
You're right about that at least. Have a great life...
