If you use a certain rhetorical tactic, you’ll see that “rape and incest” are just shield circumstances to cover the proponents’ belief in “abortion on demand whenever for whatever reason”.
When someone brings up rape and incest, use the rhetorical tactic of “accepting the exception”, then ask would it be OK to make abortion illegal except for those circumstances.
They’ll come up with another, and another, and another circumstance.
Leave them arguing for abortion for convenience and then pin them on it.
“...half the dead babies are girls...”
That is the supreme irony that these so called “feminists” continue to ignore! Actually more than half worldwide because in certain cultures having boys is more desirable and gender selected abortions are occurring; if it’s a girl it is aborted, so this causes it to be more half.

Actually, its an entirely understandable claim. After all, the notion that a fetus is only a living human being if the mother “wills it” or after a certain magical day in the gestation process, is an entirely metaphysical (i.e., religious) concept. That’s in contrast to the scientific notion that DNA makes it human and active metabolic processes make it alive.
Abortion IS the religion of the left.
