Then next year - since this happens every November - the defenders of the Cathedral should recruit off duty soldiers (in uniform) to stand in the front row. Let them be abused as the young men are every year. Once people on Argentinian TV see soldiers abused that way, that will be the end of it forever.
If the rules there are the same here for the military they will probably be in trouble wearing their uniform while they are off duty. I saw a story shortly after Sandy Hook that a soldier who was off duty got in trouble for simply wearing his uniform and standing at attention near the entrance to an elementary school.
