I'll just bet. His prey are the unfortunate Jews whose parents had better things to do than provide them with an authentic Torah-true Jewish education, so that they would recognize characters like him and be able to just walk away from his snares.
Just imagine a car salesman extolling the virtues of the "high revolution camber block" to a person who knows nothing about cars.
