"Be ready always to give reason for the hope that is within you."
(You can't find it either; huh? ;^)
“Be ready always to give reason for the hope that is within you.”
]And I have no problem doing that. That, however, is not what you’re asking about. And it doesn’t surprise me that you would get it wrong.
“You can’t find it either; huh?”
1) You didn’t ask me.
2) What you posted is not what we believe. If I’m going to look for something, it’s going to be for what we believe and not for what you mistakenly say we believe.
3) I have no reason whatsoever - from past dealings with you - to believe that you would even give anything I post any serious consideration. Thus, I have no reason to try.
4) Protestant anti-Catholics often seem to be both lazy and stupid. Quite frankly I think they should do a little work and learn a little rather than being lazy and staying stupid. Is that too much to ask? No, it really isn’t.
And yet you responded: I am under no obligation to do basic research for you.
Uh; I merely RE-posted what you claimed, that 'Sacred Tradition' is a SOURCE of your belief:

All Catholic beliefs come to us from Christ, Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition.
Lurkers reading this exchange might wonder why the reticence on your part.
We play this role, trying to offset the often seen smugness and superiority displayed by Catholics.
“Uh; I merely RE-posted what you claimed...”
That, of course, is false and typical of the dishonesty common among Protestant anti-Catholics. Here is what you actually posted and my original response:
Your false claim: Show me, from ANY source, that Mary did NOT die and she now helps Jesus in Heaven.
My original response: Show me first that the dogma is that she did not die. If youre going to attack a belief, I suggest you actually know what the belief is first.
“And yet you responded: I am under no obligation to do basic research for you.”
Exactly. I am under no such obligation. And you suggested immediately afterward posted this:
“Be ready always to give reason for the hope that is within you.”
And I correctly responded with: “And I have no problem doing that. That, however, is not what youre asking about. And it doesnt surprise me that you would get it wrong.”
“Lurkers reading this exchange might wonder why the reticence on your part.”
I don’t believe so, and that is not an issue of importance for me anyway.
“We play this role, trying to offset the often seen smugness and superiority displayed by Catholics.”
Oh, so Protestant anti-Catholics at FR are just playing a role of being lazy and stupid? I can only include two things from that: 1) that proves they are dishonest people, and 2) they must be method actors.

The bible states all men die.
I made NO 'false claim' at ALL; but said: Show me, from ANY source, that Mary did NOT die and she now helps Jesus in Heaven.
Devil's Advocate?
Just a limited imagination; but, then again, you've been trained that way.
When you’re ‘special’; then it IS ok to...
“The bible states all men die.”
Elijah? Enoch?
Yes, you did make a false claim. You often do.
No.
