no better way to get a list of Muslims in your area then to build a Muslim attraction and record everyone going in.
from there, track their movements to see where they go, what businesses they frequent, and who they associate with
drones @ 2000 ft can be very useful for this.
even smaller drones, insect size, are even better for close observation/ intell gathering
