Evangelist Claims 1.6 Million Christians Will Write in ‘Jesus Christ’ for President on Tuesday
The Blaze ^ | 11/5/12 | Billy Hallowell

Posted on 11/05/2012 8:04:21 AM PST by marshmallow

Internet evangelist Bill Keller is on a mission to convince Christians to reject both Democratic President Barack Obama and Republican contender Mitt Romney. Rather than selecting either of the main candidates, Keller is challenging believers to choose Jesus Christ for president — literally.

As of July 2012, he claimed to have already convinced nearly 200,000 Christians to write in the savior’s name, rather than select any of the men officially running for the presidency. Now, just four months later, Keller’s pool of supporters has increased monumentally to more than 1.6 million. While this may seem like a number that is too-good-to-be-true, the evangelist’s web site, LivePrayer.com, has wide reach with 2.4 million subscribers.

“It is time for Christians, true followers of Jesus Christ, to rise up and say NO to satan this November!,” reads Keller’s web site, which is setup to advertise the initiative. “If God allowed the upcoming election for president to be between President Obama and Mitt Romney, it would truly be satan flipping a two-headed coin with his head on both sides!”

Keller is wrong here.

Jesus Christ is not running for President of America.

Nor, if He “won” an “election” would He show up to do so.

He is not “voted in”.

When He does come, He will take over all the gov’ts and the world whether the world likes it or not.

Anyone trying to do so prior to that day is an Antichrist.

Sounds like a David Axelrod Skunkworks Operation of the highest magnitude to me.

If Jesus eschewed earthly power when he was here walking amongst us he sure as heck is not running for POTUS.

*groan*

Jesus Christ is the Lord of Glory, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He sits at the Right hand side of the Almighty God and will return to this earth in power and glory.

Now, why He would want such a DEMOTION as President of this nation?

This will not hurt Romney. Anyone that stupid to let someone talk them into voting for Jesus was probably going to vote for Obama.

Yep.

Anyone who has the ability to vote and doesn’t vote against Obama has no right to complain about Obama if Obama gets back in.

Yet another nutcase who thinks he’s acting “for God.”

Yo, Bill... do you really believe God would be favorable to the idea of reelecting someone who wholly and enthusiastically supports the sucking up otherwise viable babies’ brains from the their heads and harvesting of their internal organs?

Having family members who have served on Elections Boards, I can assure you that tomorrow many more write-in votes will be cast for “Donald Duck”, “Mickey Mouse”, and “F*** You” than will be cast for Jesus.

Mr. Keller is delusional.

What sort of an evangelist will divert votes in this manner, and possibly reelect a despicable Leftist, who now openly advocates the oxymoron of "same-sex marriage." Who openly advocates public funding of abortion on demand. Who sat in a mockery of Faith for twenty years, where his "spiritual adviser" called upon God to "damn" America.

Does Mr. Keller think this ridiculous operation of his really reflects the Faith he claims to profess.

Think about the effort to sanctify homosexual behavior as the equivalent of Christian marriage, and try to justify wasting these votes!

Obama on many levels has undermined the concept & importance of the American family. On that alone, this distraction is absurd.

Acts 13:29 Now when they had fulfilled all that was written concerning Him, they took Him down from the tree and laid Him in a tomb. 30 But God raised Him from the dead. 31 He was seen for many days by those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are His witnesses to the people. 32 And we declare to you glad tidings--that promise which was made to the fathers. 33 God has fulfilled this for us their children, in that He has raised up Jesus. As it is also written in the second Psalm: 'You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.' 34 And that He raised Him from the dead, no more to return to corruption, He has spoken thus: 'I will give you the sure mercies of David.' 35 Therefore He also says in another Psalm: 'You will not allow Your Holy One to see corruption.' 36 "For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell asleep, was buried with his fathers, and saw corruption; 37 but He whom God raised up saw no corruption. 38 Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through this Man is preached to you the forgiveness of sins; 39 and by Him everyone who believes is justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

I’m sorry, I’m just so depressed and angry right now. I’m tried of being sad all the time.
