Does “shining the light” mean you’ll pick up a rifle if it needs done?

All I need is the "Sword of the Lord."

Then that's a "No."? If it comes to that, we'll be doing it without you?

Psalm 91. Read it and claim it.

This scripture ties into my belief that the tribulation lasts 7 DAYS, not 7 years, and that the bowls are poured out over those last days. I believe we are ALL here but Christ comes on the 7th day and we meet him in the clouds and return with him after he has destroyed the earth and it’s elements.

I believe the end mirrors the beginning. Genesis and Revelation mirror each other.

What will the consequences be if nobody tries, because they think we don't need to, and they're wrong?

Thinking you have all the answers is a dangerous thing.

The Peshetta translated by I don't remember. There was an online version, and I was chatting with someone somewhere and they noted that the story of the woman who was to be stoned for commiting adultery was added. It's in all of mine, of course.

Well, it wasn't in the Peshetta scriptures but there were remarkable similarities of other verses.

We should take note of the details. It is interesting that Netanyahu gave a scroll, not book, scroll of Esther to our leader. Hmmmm.

This morning the first news item I saw on my isp was about Sharon who is still on life support. Someone was arguing that he wouldn't have wanted to live that way. He's been like that since about 2006, almost 6 years now.

May 3 is National Day of Prayer. Be part of the solution.

God promises, "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and change their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive them and heal their land.

The Founders were religious men. Be thankful they didn’t settle for trying to pray the British back to England.

I recall reading of a prediction/prophecy that

when Sharon dies, all ‘hell’ will break loose.

As God's people, we are not appointed to wrath as it says in I Thessalonians 5:9. I'll be in the mezzanine watching. Remember He comes FOR His people as a thief in the night and comes WITH His people (ten thousands of His saints) as the lighting shines in the east even to the west.

Remember also the Israel time clock as spoken of in Jeremiah and Daniel (70 weeks: one week = seven years. Beginning from the exact time of Cyrus' pronouncement to Christ's death is 483 years (69 weeks) and then the seven years of the final 70th week.) If you count the time elements in Revelation, you also get seven years.

See you in the Heavenly mezzanine.

As a young Christian in the 1970’s I got caught up on reading all of those end-times books in the Bible Book stores. The book captivating me the most, being Hal Lindsey’s book “The Late Great Planet Earth”. The books were fascinating at the time, I could hardly put them down - but the prophecies seemed so far out into the future I could hardly believe it all could go down in my life time.
We have come a long way since Hal Lindsey’s book. Things are moving way too fast not to see that something has been set in motion. I sincerely believe the World’s times clock is winding down to midnight.

CASHLESS SOCIETY?

Those end-time book writers said we would someday be able to purchase about anything with the swipe of the card, even a telephone call, the vending machine and a parking lot? A stretch in the 1970’s, but now I hardly ever carry cash or coin anymore. Other that the coffee kitty at work I can go weeks without coin or paper money. To be completely cut off from it would be no big deal. As long as the card scanner worked. Oh and did I mention you could use the card all over the World? How possible was that in 1972? Now we are having China, the EU, and others saying we need to move to a global currency, and now for the first time ever – we are listening. Which brings me to the next topic.

ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT?

We have come along way on this one since Hal Lindsey’s book, haven’t we? Hard to visualize in the 1970’s. Now, its something even the main stream media is picking up on. We can now communicate at the speed of light anywhere we want because of the World Wide Web and satellite communication.

ONE WORLD LEADER / ANTICHRIST?

In 1974 when I first read Hal Lindsey’s book “The Late Great Planet Earth”, It was a great mystery to me how one man could enter the World stage and become so popular in such a short amount of time, and how this popularity will cross borders of all Nations. After all he will only have 3 1/2 years to position himself for the abomination of desecration to take place. Obama sets a good example of how it could happen. He did come out of nowhere in just a few months to become almost a God to hundreds of millions of his followers who did not even know who he was prior to that speech at the 2004 convention. If you reflect on that, I think the mystery has been solved. The power of persuasion spans all borders, and I think the real Antichrist is waiting just off stage, and Obama has shown us all how fast this sort of event can take place.
But how could there be a Global attraction? If it is a true ‘man” and not an invisible entity like the U.N. Assembly, then I think it may take a global catastrophe to usher someone like that in. And between Iran and North Korea there are two countries that could start such a thing in motion.

If WWI and WWII didn’t herald the end times, I’m certainly not going to sweat the troubles we’re having now.

I mean, come now. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

No, I live each day to the fullest. I was at death's door a few years ago, and the Lord healed me. Life is fleeting. My motto: Let another day be a day to live for Jesus.

Some of us have to take some days and attend to Caesar.

You enjoy not needing to. It's not pretty, but it still needs done.

Every American has a responsibility to take part in the political process.

**Nobody who’s convinced the ship is going to be destroyed any minute is going to be any help bailing.**

True. We should stay with the ship as long as it’s a help to us. But, as with Paul, the time is coming when we will have thrown overboard everything we possibly can to weather the storm, and ride the ship to it’s destruction. Paul and those aboard survived because they didn’t leave the ship. The ship got them to safety as it dissolved in the battering waves and rocks. They had already gone through a long, seemingly endless storm, and believed that they were going to die.

The potential for worldwide destruction and chaos, is a reality that had not been possible just 60 years ago. As bad as WW2 was, there were areas of the earth untouched by that war. The ‘bomb’, along with missile technology, has changed that. With the amazing drones (and smaller, yet still lethal) being developed in recent years with artificial ‘intelligence’, there will soon be ‘no place to hide’.

“via satellite” has given the ability for people from around the world to witness the two dead prophets arise and ascend to heaven (per Revelation). ‘Telstar’ was the beginning of this capability.

Until the steam engine came along, the previous centuries were, technologically, almost the same. Walk or ride a beast; row or let the wind blow. We truly live in a time like no other before us.

Indeed. And it seems to me if "the Sword of God" was enough, nobody would be needing to sell their coat to buy a piece of steel. But I could be wrong about that.
