It might be interesting to know what parts of the Qur'an they will read.
I doubt they'll include the bits about slaying the infidel, subjugating women, pedophilia, the duty to lie to unbelievers, and that whole "House of Islam / House of War" thingy....
They are not churches, they are bands of lost souls trying to make themselves feel good. They are sheep without the Shepherd.
Someone recently said, they are trying to follow Jesus without following the Bible. That doesn’t work.
The June 26 initiative, called “Faith Shared: Uniting in Prayer and Understanding,” is co-sponsored by the Interfaith Alliance and Human Rights First. Leaders of the two Washington-based groups said the event hopes to demonstrate respect for Islam in the wake of Quran burnings in recent months.
