From the Official LDS.org website (thank you Paragon defender for the link).

Know what the LDS CHurch will be teaching your little children if you join or even visit their church.

I have always felt that teaching children heresy should be a form of child abuse...

One of the most prevalent proselytizing tactics of mormonism is that members invite the small non-mormon children of neighbors to “primary” meetings or activities. There, the non-member children will be welcomed and invited back. These children may be influenced to work on mom and dad so that they can feel included in the fun by repeated visits. That opens the door for more proselytizing by missionaries and members....it’s insidious.

There are all sorts of sins committed against children in the world. God will deal with those people in the end.

That happened to me. Our neighbors invited out seven-year old to attend church with them (our kids were fast friends). Thinking they were Christians, I didn’t see the harm.

She came home and reluctantly asked me if she could be baptized when her friend was.

I was pretty outraged. Turns out she didn’t like it at all. They asked her to speak, about what I can’t imagine. They must have really put the screws to her to have her worry that she needed to be baptised when she really never wanted to go back again (and she darn sure didn’t)

Anyway, she HATED dresses :-)

I don’t get the whole convoluted system of sorting people into various levels of afterlife in the LDS church. They are all so deperately trying to earn the grand prize that will keep them together forever.

When Jesus offers that for free! No worries that grandma will be sealed to some strange man because grandpa was an apostate, or aunt Diane won’t be called out of the grave becasue she and her husband were very unhappily married.

Christians know that everyone who believes will be together in the one and only heaven forever with Jesus. I’d like to know why someone thinks they can do better than that.

Sign of a cult. They want you to jump through hoops.

If being sealed to the right person and celestial marriages were so important to God, why isn't it in the bible?

And why was Joseph Smith the first to speak of this? Because he needed a reason to go after all those women.

Christians know that everyone who believes will be together in the one and only heaven forever with Jesus. I’d like to know why someone thinks they can do better than that.

Only a Narcissistic Demon would want to try and take away our Lord's title of savior. Joseph Smith has a special place in hell.

There’s something about millstones and sea toss in the Bible, for those who lead the little ones astray.

My six year grandson was invited to one of these groups. He refused on his own, only told us about it after.
I asked him why he refused. He said, “ I asked —— if he knew who Jesus was and he said no”. “Now Grandma why would I go to a church when the kindergartners don't know who Jesus is”.
I said are you still going to play with him, “Oh yea he's my bestest friend”.

Christian need to train up their children to be bold and unafraid.

All great teaching materials for the children.

But then trying to make the lurkers think this is posted by a real Mormon to lure them in for the attacks again eh?

Interesting tactic.

If I posted it with “Real Mormon” in the title that would make sense. An anti-Mormon posting it to then attack it is a whole different ball of wax.

The Premise Is Deceitful.

Way to go.

I find nothing amusing about adults lying to children about the LORD Jesus Christ...

LOL!!!

I continue to find your outrage amusing ...

Think about what you're saying. Again, do you really want to open that can of worms? Do you realize the consequences of what you're suggesting?

Are you willing to let ME be the arbiter of what constitutes "lying to children about the LORD Jesus Christ"?
