This Church constituted and organized in the world as a society, subsists in the Catholic Church, which is governed by the successor of Peter and by the Bishops in communion with him, although many elements of sanctification and of truth are found outside of its visible structure. There you go. Pope Paul VI has stated it clearly.

Elements, yes. Salvation, no. The Catechism says OUTSIDE THE CHURCH THERE IS NO SALVATION. Now, that has to be properly understood, but when you say that the Church doesn’t teach extra ecclesiam nulla salus that i sflat out untrue. It’s right in the Catechism.
