So the mormons repeat what God told us thousands of years ago and now take credir as though they said it injsttead of God ???

So whats knew ???

From the Christian Bible...

But in keeping with His promise we are looking forward to a new Heaven and a new Earth, the home of righteousness. 2 Peter 3:13

Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since man has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered Babylon the Great and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath. Every island fled away and the mountains could not be found. Revelation 16:18-20

Remember that the mormons are “in the lands of their enemies”...They have yet to subdue the United States as Joey Smith once prophecied...

‘As for those of you who are left, I will make their hearts so fearful in the lands of their enemies that the sound of a windblown leaf will put them to flight. They will run as though fleeing from the sword, and they will fall, even though no one is pursuing them. Leviticus 26:36

Many are the woes of the wicked, but the LORD’s unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in Him. Psalm 22:10

The wicked man flees though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion. Proverbs 28:1

and for the Christian who trust in God and not in man...

God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind...2 Timothy 1:7

Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. Exodus 14:13

You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the LORD will be with you.’” 2 Chronicles 20:17

Psalm 91

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.

A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you make the Most High your dwelling—even the LORD, who is my refuge— then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

“Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.” Psalm 91:1-16

It does not take a so-called prophet to state the obvious. These Mormon bozos are about as divinely inspired as the prophets of Baal. I wish that the Mormons would be as honest as the JW’s. At least the JW’s do not profess to be Christians. A Marxist can kill the body, but a Mormon can kill the soul. Which do you think is the greater threat?

***LDS Prophets warn us of the dangers facing America***

Does they include mormonism being a religion of the anti-Christ?

I enjoy his show..but make no mistake he is pushing Mormonism too

Which is exactly why I will never be a 912'er or anything Beck until he renounces Mormonism. Even though I like most of what he is saying, I know who is behind the curtain: Joseph Smith.

Kill the messenger. It looks like the so called Christians are more intent on destroying Mormons than supporting the Constitution.<p.

"Do you hate Mormons and the Constitution equally ?"

I'll spell it out for you real slowly BM, as I've done in the past. I don't "hate" any mormon. Not one. Not one little, itty bitty hair on their head. Not a single mormon is "hated" by me. Is that clear enough for you?

I'm married to a mormon (20+years) and she was a mormon when I met her. So your red herring doesn't even come close to cutting it.

I don't like the religion that is mormonism. But back to your inane question. It's a long stretch, even for you, to convert a dislike of an "it" into "personal hatred" of individuals.

"Hate" the Constitution? Hardly. As I've told you before, like you, I'm a veteran. I spent many years doing what many military members do. Supporting and defending the Constitution.

So to imply that I don't love my country and hence, the Constitution, because I question a mormon prophet and their "ability" to tell anyone, much less a mormon, about any dangers this country is facing, is morally reprehensible.

But, in the larger spectrum of things, what exactly do your questions have to do with my initial inquiries to you?

Let me answer that for you. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Playing the hate card is usually as effective as the race card.. it will silence lots of truth if we let it

The mormons do not have a good track record or history when ir comes to the United States or the Constitution of the United States...

The Constitution covers free speech and the mormon FReepers in these threadfs have got my comments deleted even when they were an innocent question...

Thus denying me my free speech rights under the Constitution...

But enough about me...

Lets move on to the color of ones skin and the mormons and the Constitution...

When Briggie Young moved to Utah he took with him several black slaves...the few that escaped from Utah went to CA where they lived free...one was willed to the mormon corporation by the widow of the man who owned her.. Briggie Young used her as a slave and didnt set her free for several years when she was old...

The Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964 but the concept of rights for all under the Constitution passed over the blind racist bigoted heads of the mormon corporation...

Until 1978 the mormons denied men with dark or black skin the same rights they gave white men ...

and only changed their awful doctrines because of pressure from Pres Jimmy Carter...and got back at Jimmy by not voting for him in 1980 as they had in 1976..

and the gender gap of mormonism...

even now in 2010, all mormon women black or white do not have the same Constitution given rights that the mormon men have...

and the religious rights under the Constitution...

As a woman, I can walk into a Moslem Mosque, a Jewish temple a Catholic cathedral, any Christian Church...

But because I am a Christian and not a mormon I may not enter a mormon temple..

No the mormons have no ownership or claim over the Constitution of the United Stes...

Maybe if the mormons hadnt murdered people in Utah Territory just because they were not mormon...

But then under the Declaqration of Independance and the Constution we have no king but elected government of the pedople for the people by the people

Still the mormons claimmed they had a kimg and both Joey Smith and Briggie Young crowned themselves king of the United States by declaring they were king of the world and all that was in it...

They made null and void any ridiculous claim to be champions of the Constitution and any remarks now on the subject are just empty boasts

and then there is the white horse prophecy...

the mormon corporation that spent the first 180 years of its existance attempting to tear down and ignore the econtents of the Constitution cannot be the “saviors” of the same document...

The mormons laughed at the letter of the law in the US for generations, moving to another country to avoid the penalties for committing crimes and breaking the laws of the US...

Law breakers are not the saviors of the Constitution...

The platform of the conservative Republican Party in its infancy was about “the twin pillare of barbarism: slavery and polygamy”

The mormons scorned the very idra as they were guilty of both...

Mormonism and polygamy were synonymous and mormonism was the only religion in the US that announced black skin was the mark of Cain and that blacks had been angels who sided with Lucifer or who didnt fight valiantly enough...

While these sexist and racist ideas are still tenets of the mormon religion and not denounced yet by the mormon prophet, the mormons are still guilty of denying non-mormons civil rights under the Constitution...

No one owns the Constitution alone, every man, female, black white owns the country and the Constitution...

The Constitution needs no “support”...

Its a piece of paper...its an idea...its a form of government...

and while the love of these United States still burns in the hearts of men and women and the flag is still honored and brave men and women are prepared to lay down their lives..

The Constitution will survive...and the government will go on..

but if not, then something else will either arise to take its place or Jesus will have come back to Jerusalem and we will all go to meet Him in the air...

and nothing will matter anymore...

There is nothing worth saving here on Earth...

People need to watch the clouds and look for His return...

and think about the things of God...

and trust only in Him...

Nice try, dissembler. Not one post I've read in years now at FR has shown hatred toward Mormons. Now mormonISM, well, that is something even I hate since God's word tells us He hates the things of mormonism also.

Bluemoose,

“You have been warned.”

Thank you very much.

Let me return the favor...

Mormonism is a false religion that is not Christian.
There is no salvation in a false religion.
God doesn’t speak through false prophets.

Flee mooose, while you are breathing and can act.

newsflash!

The Constitution does not depend on mormonism.

The 2nd entry turned these thread into a personal vendetta against the poster.

They don't care about the message, but must make the thread about the poster

Who's definition of Christian are we going to use.

There are hundreds of definitions and they are all different. Is that a personal threat ?
