Maybe they shouldn’t be posting things that do nothing but say “Our faith is better than your faith”

You were saying ...

Maybe they shouldn’t be posting things that do nothing but say “Our faith is better than your faith”

The Gospel, per the Scriptures -- says that all other "religions" are worthless and are "absolute garbage" (uses words worse than this) -- and leads straight to hell.

All other religions are worthless, according to God ... there is only "one way" and that way is by way of Jesus, as the Messiah of Israel and no other way (no organization on earth, no church body, no group, no-nothing)...

If one follows the Bible and what it says, then they will be telling all those others that they are following a worthless religion which will lead straight to hell and the lake of fire for eternal torment.

I would tend to agree unless they take a serious approach at defining why my faith is better than your faith. And if they can manage to do so without an overtly pejorative tone. For example, if I, as a Catholic, read an article (or a post) that refers to my faith as "Romanist" or "Papist," I will instantly either a) ignore it; or b) interpret every single iota in the worst possible light. (I would be confident that if I was to post an article that talked about "Bible Thumpers" or "Snake Handlers," that non-Catholics would likewise do the same)

If you take the articles that OneVike posted today talking about the roots of the Reformation, there is no way that the articles could be considered in a positive light; however, since they were pejorative-free, I actually read them.
