Orders are coming now for my chosen ones that have been waiting for the timing of my will . The sweeping of the penduluum's timing is poised before my throne as a gravitational pull holds you to earth , so the hearts of my children are laid before me and as no other time before my humble servants are about to enter into an opened door revealed only to the few( obedient) , the Chosen(overcomers) and this door is an entryway into not only the all of me but the paradise of my love abiding ,eternal , flowing yet existing in a dimension of reality of my kingdom to the obedient alone .
For truly this is the greatness opened to who I am in a manifold manner and mannah(word) of true revelatory power and kingdom of overcomers "free" to those deserving through the sacrifice of my ways " Obedience !"

There are threads posted on FR where the only allowed responses are from a certain “belief group?”
Seriously, I had NO idea.

When they are designated with [caucus] in the title, THEN they are only for that denomination or group.
And that’s only on the Religion Forum (RF).
However, other groups and ideologies must not be attacked in caucus threads as such groups and ideologies deserve the right to defend themselves, when attacked.
The author of the thread can place certain magic words in the title
and LO! the thread becomes “protected” in that anyone who disagrees
with the author or his clique can be chastised or booted.
It’s kind of cowardly, really.
I just scroll past such, they are not for me.

In my best Paul Harvey voice, here’s The Rest of the Story. The issue wasn’t questioning Catholicism, it was dumping on some poor person who had the gall to ask for prayers (via some obscure soul at blessed status I’d never heard of) for a loved one recently diagnosed with, I believe, cancer and Alzheimer’s. Some posters used the thread to dump on the manner in which the prayer was requested. As gross and self-serving as this read to normal people, it was allowed, as the original poster didn’t put it in the religion forum. Eventually the thread was moved to the religion forum, and people who still wouldn’t respect the call for solace from the hurt person were asked to leave.
had this article been posted as a devotional or prayer thread in the Religion Forum, no debate at all would be allowed.
If presented as such, I would simply skip right past them, just like I do the Joel Osteen devotionals.

about personal attacks.
The rules are not enforced uniformly because mods are not all cloned robots.
Praise God, occassionally, someone bothers with Chat at all and reigns it in a bit. Otherwise, the brawl can get quite out of control.
Though some of us love the free exchange of an intense group process kind of group in intense give and take with few holds barred . . . many do not.
And the Boss and founder of the site has set his own boundaries as he well has a right to do. Yeah, things are lop-sided in lots of places.
Some mods are obviously more hostile toward those not of their bent than others . . . on the whole, it works.
Being a mod has to be one of the most thankless volunteer jobs there is.
And the Rel Forum was, for years, such a disaster that JimRob was occasionally tempted to try and find a way to eleminate it entirely while still hating that religion was removed from public life by liberals . . . he persistently came down on the side of protecting it as a vital part of FR—and, I think, rightfully so.
He seems to finally have found a balanced, wise, bright bloke of an RM who can stand his ground and enforce his rules with more or less admirable fairness and logic. I applaud that and cheer him on. Praise God for the progress. This RM is a Godsend. Praise God for him. Some of the others have been fiercely biased and unfair disasters.
Better than a dull one.

That (Chat) thread was NOT ALLOWED. It was deemed offensive to the RM. And so it was zotted.
