That he was is fine for me in that the United States could not have been founded without Christians, so in this sense, God's plans seem fulfilled.

It's much more challenging for me though to say, "Sh'ma Yisrael: Adonai elohenu. Adanai echad!"

One God, beyond spacetime, though not personified.

Yah'shua performed all the miracles of the Messiah and he claimed to be YHvH.

People bowed down to worship Jesus, and he never stopped them from doing so. He accepted worship that belongs to God alone. How can you explain that?
