The ELCA is no longer a religious organization. It is nothing but an organ for the World Council of Churches, which is a world socialist movement.

"I left the ELCA when I thought they had gone off the deep end. I see now that they really truly sincerely have gone off the deep end."What we failed to notice is that when they initially went off the deep end, they were carrying a backhoe!

I am glad you are joining the “green” movement within ELCA. :^)

CH
4 is a far more potent "greenhouse gas" than CO
2.
I think I'll eat a big plate of refried beans. And some fried eggs. And broccoli. And wash it all down with a lot of beer.

Now what do ELCA members do to MITIGATE the ideological pollution being spewed by the denomination’s “advocacy” offices?

I started identifying “ELCA” on Lutheran Pings when the subject matter was likely to bring rightful embarrassment to LC-MS and WELS member readers. When the Bradley Schmeling case broke earlier this year I began to identify gaysbian ELCA issues with the “ELCA” in lavender. So with the enviro-nazi hijacking lurid green seemed the appropriate color.

Is Gore on the receiving end of this scam?
To: RobinOfKingston
I’d say people are giving a bit too much in the offerings if this is how their going to use their funds.

Exactly.
“Since the advocacy staff travels extensively, we’ve purchased offset credits to balance those carbon emissions.”
Here’s a simpler solution: quit traveling, then you won’t need to purchase offsets, a double whammy savings!

>>Carbon “Offsets” = buying indulgences from Pope Algore/Church of Eco-Theocracy = superstitious practices of the pre-Reformation medieval church!<<
Can I write up and nail 95 Theses to Algore’s head?

I don’t think they’ll let you do that unless you use those push pins.
