Abram became Abraham Abram became Abraham when Elohim breathed into Abram Sarai became Sarah Sarai became Sarah when Elohim breathed into Sarai See the letter : Hey Ishmael was born to Abram, when Abram was in the flesh, before Elohim breathed the Ru'ach HaKodesh into him. Isaac was born to Abraham and Sarah after Elohim breathed the Ru'ach HaKodesh into both of them. So even if Muslims are descendants of Ishmael, Ishmael did not worship the Elohim of Abraham.
