Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)
On the other hand:
"Jesus is not the only way to God . . ."

Correction: “Jesus is not the only way to MY god.” ~ Rev.olting Ann Holmes
In fact, He’s the only way NOT to get to her (apparent) god.
When a person claims to be both a Christian and a Muslim, what do they get?
72 virgins, but they don’t get to touch them.
Jews already had a front door invitation by God the Father, the rest of us get in by a side door through Christ His Son.
Those that could believe Christ is the only way including with the Jews are IMO lost in translation. :-)
Or a person who wants to blow themselves up but doesn’t because it is a sin.
Did JESUS say “Jesus is not the only way to God” ?? Is that what she is saying?
Waraqah was a Nestorian & she cites Waraqah while trying to explain Mo’s beliefs about Christ.
“Rev” Ann Holmes is saying she doesn’t think Jesus is the only way to God. Just another example of the clergy of the Episcopal Church teaching a different gospel.
I’m not sure what this woman (and others of her ilk) are teaching, but its not the gospel of Jesus Christ.
She should have the courage of her convictions and renounce her vows. I can’t believe the bishop there is putting up with this nonsense.
On the other hand, the Episcopal Church didn’t have the cojones to excommunicate heretics like Walter Righter and John Spong, so maybe I shouldn’t be surprised at anything these bishops do (or don’t do).
Just goes to show that there are still plenty of religious idiots serving in pulpits.
How precisely do the Jews come to God, if not through Christ?
Dear me...what a quandary...whom to believe - the “Reverend” Ann Holmes, or Jesus Christ, the Son of God. /s ; )
Nor Bishop Pike back in the 1960s. Heresy procedures were begun, but the Episcopal Church refused to go forward with a heresy trial. The majority were afraid of being laughed at in the press. Pike was like a bull in a china shop. After creating a mess, he simply walked away. Then he foolishly contributed to his own death.
This was already posted last week. Holmes is a certified idiot.
