Well I use to donate to the Sal Army, now I will not. When are these idiots going to learn? Once you state a political position, half the world snaps shut their checkbooks and says "Screw you". Tend to your flock and leave the political to the politicans and the voters.

Neither of them seemed willing at all to defend the work proving the global warming exists.
One made a decent statement to the effect that it makes sense to take care of our environment whether one believes in global warming or not.
They were pushing alternative forms of energy. Even if they're tree huggers, they play right into Pres. Bush's new initiative on alternative energy.
I noted your comments and couldn't agree with you you more. I'm at somewhat of a loss as to what to do. I'm a Salvationist and the Salvation Army is my church home. From time to time Army leaders must take "stupid pills". This is apparently one of those times. It doesn't make sense for me to cut off financial support to our local congregation. I have to figure some other way to protest.
