"What Liberals Need to Know"

It is way past time for the political left to get set straight on a few facts of life. There seem to be so many of these facts they just do not quite grasp that I could never ever dare to hope to touch on all of them.
I could, however attempt to pound a few very important ones into their left-leaning brains. It will not be easy, and given many past experiences, it likely will not be successful either. But in the interest of re-educating the Liberals of America it must be at least given the proverbial college try.
So then, here we go in an attempt to establish some reason in the minds of America’s Liberals. These are the facts of life Liberals have to understand or they will never truly understand America, it’s founding, it’s Founders or the essence of true liberty.
First off there is no right, either God given or Constitutionally protected, not to be offended. There never has been nor should there ever be such a ridiculous right in this nation. Don’t like the sight of a Confederate monument? Close your eyes, cross the street, pull your hat down, do something but never think you should have a right to tear it down.
Don’t like the things Conservatives say? Stuff some cotton in your ears, or ignore them, or even debate the issue, but know you have no moral authority to try to commit character assassination upon those who disagree with you.
Next, calling everyone who disagrees with your ideology a racist, homophobe, sexist, redneck, or intolerant does not win intellectual debates. Reason common sense and facts will win those debates, not hyperbole and personal attacks. These tactics will only expose you for what you are a person who can not defend their ideals when challenged on them.
Also know that Conservatives are not the enemies of nature and Mother Nature. We love animals, we love the outdoors, but unlike Liberals Conservatives realize man and nature must co-exist. Conservatives see the need to respect and protect nature where Liberals see a need to protect nature by punishing businesses and demonizing SUV owners.
Here is another fact Liberals need to learn for certain. Violence is sometimes not only a necessity but is often a good thing. Using force to defend yourself from crime is our right and duty. It is perfectly natural for a human being to fight back when attacked.
Liberals have an especially tough time with this fact. They like to say things like “violence only begets violence”, but this is not true. Often violence is ended by greater force, this is why police are armed and trained, because sometimes they need to meet violence with violence.
Likewise just as we each have a right to defend our homes and families this country does indeed have a right to defend itself. There are some very bad people who seek to destroy America and Americans. They are not going to listen to reason, or appeals for compassion. They will only be stopped by force.
Next Liberals need to see that guns are not evil. They are inanimate objects. They do not cause crime; owning one does not make a person a would-be criminal, and law-abiding citizens carrying guns reduces rather than increases crime.
Likewise teaching kids to hunt is not abusive or abnormal; it will not make them violent, or teach them to hate animals. Millions of Americans have grown up very happy and healthy after being taught to hunt.
Here is a big one, which escapes most Liberals. Unborn babies are just that, babies. Little persons, living human beings. They are not blobs of tissue. They are not a “potential human”. They are not a parasite. They are very much living human beings.
Abortion, which Liberals love to portray, as some kind of sacred choice women must possess, kills this innocent human being in the womb. There are so many choices we have, men and women both. Killing your unborn child should not be one of them. The tired old Liberal lie that goes “ my body, my choice” is a lie. There is a baby involved in pregnancy and in abortions. That child has no choice in abortion. That is a tragedy, which should never happen.
Just one more thing. The First Amendment does not outlaw Nativity scenes, or prayers before high school football games. Just because some activist Judge rules so does not change the Constitution. It does not create a freedom from religion, but a freedom of religion. It simply protects us from the formation of a State church. Your freedom of religion guarantees the right to attend the church of your choice or not to attend church at all.
The Ten Commandments being posted on public land do not force religion on anyone. Neither does a cross on public land. If the government demands your money to promote a religion or tries to compel you to attend a church service then your rights have been violated.
If you are a Liberal read and learn these truths and the stress you feel will lessen greatly. These truths are undeniable. America was founded on liberty, not political correctness or feelings. Liberalism, which is based on feelings, is the enemy of liberty. Sorry, but that too is the truth.
We need to find politicians who understand this, and are willing to do something about it!
