Things are combative in Fresno, Calif., this week after the city's Human Relations Commission issued a press release describing "the Free Republic" as a "hate group" and warning of plans for a "Free Republic Hate Rally Picnic."

The Free Republic is a news Web site operated by Jim Robinson of Fresno, described as "an online gathering place for independent, grass-roots conservatism on the Web."

And just what did I really meant, oh omniscient one?

I have never represented myself as a Christian, sir. The epithet sandnazis perfectly represents the philosophy of militant Islamists, whether you like it or not.

I hope others don't judge me based on your cowardice and kumbaya BS.

meant = mean

Spell check doesn't identify incorrectly used words spelled correctly.

>>I hate new country! <<

Ain't it the truth. If there's ever a cause for a hate rally, it's "new country"!

I was in a place for about four hours yesterday, and they had the radio on one of those hip-hop-pop idiotic "new country" stations.

I don't know what's more putrid, the music or the lyrics!

"Cowardice"??

I submit one definition of a coward is one who condems an entire group of people based on the actions of a fraction of them.

My use of the word "Islamist" shows that I divided the fanatics from those they cow into submission, but you know that and are purposefully being disingenuous in order maintain your holier than thou position.

And you're right: you are holier than I, oh Perfect One.

"I think all religion is a good thing. It's all good for society..[etc.etc.}"

Obviously, ABGR is being facetious, ironic if you will. I'll concede he laid it on a bit thick!

Enough with the kidding around already, ABGR!

You don't speak for me.

The reason I respect religion is that it can take a weak person and make them stronger...Through faith. Or take a strong person and make them one of societies leaders.

And I can only assume you know what you can do with your ridicule?

"And I can only assume you know what you can do with your ridicule?"

Let me guess!

Cast that ol' devil ridicule, along with a suitable love-offering, into the brazen arms of Moloch?

)Maybe true witin your "Faith" but not "Factually" true).

This is the most absurd statement I have ever seen. You don't even know what my 'Faith' is.
Do you?

Take a Priest, a Rabbi, a Monk, a Morman minister, a Budhist, a Muslim, my grandmaw, and a leader from any other religion. I KNOW for a FACT that these good, God-fearing people believe theirs is the "One true faith".

I know for a fact that that is not true. 8-O

I judge groups by who I know. I know good Christians and I know good Muslims.

I haven't been speaking of the people I have been speaking of the founder and the doctrine. You would do well to research this. Technogeeb is correct. Those that you call 'good Muslims' are bad Muslims in the eyes of the Quran. The doctrine is what it is.

Buddhists do not believe that theirs is the one true 'Faith'. I don't think any would even consider Buddhism a faith. So what you KNOW WITH ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY is apparently less than you claim to know. Surprise, surprise!

Most "Absurd"? Looks like I've touched a nerve. Sorry if that is so.

"Faith" is what people have when there is no "Proof".

If there was "Proof" that yours is the one, true way, there would be no wars, no crime (Except from the insane) and almost universal harmony.

I don't doubt you believe what you preach. Just like I don't doubt any religious person...Myself included. I believe in God but I can't prove he exists.

Saying anything else is "Absurd". Or, can you provide PROOF that yours is the One True Faith? (And pointing me to scripture doesn't count...It's not "Factual Truth". It's just the scriture YOU chose to believe...Others would argue).

Me thinks you do protest too much.

Go argue with someone who will easily back-down from your insults. I've just come to the conclusion that you're unreasonable (And maybe interant of other religions) on the subject.
