They can't be impeached! Maybe Pat Robertson had it right, we need to start praying for devine intervention. (that's the only polite way I could think of saying it!)

I am so sick of the people of California being disenfranchised. How many times does this make now!

Chris Lehane, the Gore arse smoocher from 2000. He kept going head to head against Ari Fleischer and always ended up looking like what he is: a hatemongering HACK. :)

SCOTUS will wash their hands of this like they did in NJ when Toricelli dropped out and the dems plugged in Lautenberg.

Seeing how they ruled on Alabama's 10 Commandments, Michigan U's affirmative action policies and the sodomy law in TX, we were damn lucky in 2000 that they stopped the dems from stealing the presidential election.

The f_cking bastards have stacked the courts with Clinton lovers to circumvent the will of the people!

How will you run for Congress? Are you planning to mount a primary challenge to Charlie Taylor? You realize that's hopeless, don't you? BTW, I'm registered in the 11th District [though presently away]..

...when other countries around the world are trying to have free and open elections, it would tip the scales to have the recall go forward."

Say it loudly, over and over, because this is not going to get much attention at all and it's becoming more and more common among the liberal courts.

Thanks for clarification. Part of the dirty deed here is that Davis is hoping that, even if the USSC reverses this asinine decision, he can play the "you are being disenfranchised" card with minority voters to increase their turnout to vote NO on the recall.

The RATS nationwide are also hoping to continue to stir the pot with minority voters in 2004... first Florida, now California... all brought to you by a conservative Supreme Court and George Bush... accusing the GOP of trying to fix elections, which is the exact opposite of the truth.

The reality is that the USSC should not get routinely involved in these election decisions -- it is dangerous for the Republic. And it sickens me that the RATS want to go down this pathway, which is terribly troubling for the future of the country -- they care more about near-term, raw political power than the health of a representative democracy.

Thanks for the info tellw.

Looks like California has become a 3rd world banana republic. The judges made a move out of The "Chavez" Venezuelan Politicial Playbook.

I wonder when Chavez will show up and shake hands with judges and campaign for Davis?

Funny thing about the "C" word in politics.

California...Castro...Carter...Clinton...Chavez...Chads...Communism.

Clinton up on CNN. Wonder if he'll mention this.

A school is being named after him.

As another Freeper with a great sense of humor noted, perhaps the school will be known as BJ Clinton.

Anybody know if the CA candidate contribution limits apply if the election is postponed 'till March? Are the limits $21,200 per year or per election?
