A couple of months ago, my wife started feeling bad ... fevers, chills and vomiting. Our doctor originally treated for ulcer(s).

As it turns out, she in fact had a tumer and had surgery on Tuesday of this week.

A softball sized tumer was extracted and we're waiting for the pathology to come back (hopefully tomorrow).

The surgeon said it was malignant, but could not say if it was carcenoma or lymphoma.

Please pray for us. So much is wrapped together as a family it is impossible to contemplate any interuption.

We have three kids at home; a girl, 12 and two boys 9 and 17. None of them really comprehend the severity of what is happening to their mother.

We home school and school hasn't started yet.

She's still in the hospital clicking the morphine button. The doctor said it would be a three to seven day stay before she'll be well/strong enough to come home.

It's the pathologist report that has me nervous.

I will commit myself to prayer for you and your family. I pray for your wife that God's hand will be upon her body restoring her to health. We know in our family all too well about cancer. My 38year old nephew has cancer of the bones and unless we see a miracle, he won't be with us much longer.
