Dear fellow citizen,

Are you prepared & protected for the next wave of terrorist attacks here in the U.S.?

As the 2nd year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks approaches, the threat of NEW and more DEADLY attacks on Americans here at home -- and U.S. interests overseas -- is greatly increasing.

Consider the following developments, especially those most recently, that may be signals of inevitable attacks by al-Qaeda and other terrorists ...

• U.S. law enforcement authorities have confirmed that they are currently monitoring at least SIX organizations inside the U.S. that are believed to have close ties with al-Qaeda.

• U.S. officials have acknowledged that al-Qaeda sleeper cells and fifth column supporters are spread across 40 STATES! (They are not just confined to the New York and Washington, DC metro areas -- and the breakup and arrests last year of al-Qaeda sleeper cells in Buffalo, NY, Detroit, MI and Portland, OR is considered just the tip of the iceberg).

• So far this year, lethal bombings in Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Indonesia and, just last week, in Baghdad, have all been linked to al-Qaida and indicate a possible PRECURSOR to deadly attacks here in the U.S.

• A World Terrorism Index report released last week stated that "Another September 11th-style attack in the United States is HIGHLY LIKELY." The report by the World Markets Research Center ranked the U.S. as a "top target" (4th out of 186 countries). The Center provides "research" for over 500 multinational companies, including Microsoft, GM, Intel and Pfizer.

• Canadian authorities last week detained 19 Pakistanis who were suspected of trying to carry out 9/11-style hijackings -- possibly of airliners entering U.S. airspace. One of the suspects may be connected to the theft of a nuclear device containing cesium-137, a highly radioactive substance that can be used in "dirty bombs."

• The U.S. Northern Command has been conducting military- preparedness exercises, dubbed "Determined Promise '03", that included a simulated airborne terrorist attack in Alaska and a bio-terror attack (pneumonic plague) in Las Vegas.

• The Department of Defense is already crafting a plan to enact a "military draft" of up to 80,000 medical personnel across the U.S. to respond to a large-scale biological or chemical attack, according to a report last month by the Newhouse News Service.

• The congressional report released last month examining the 9/11 attacks concluded that between 70,000 and 120,000 terrorists were trained by al-Qaida. It is believed tens of thousands could be here in the U.S. plotting to unleash new attacks!

• Earlier this summer, Eliza Manningham-Buller, the chief of MI5 (the British equivalent of the CIA) stated that biological, chemical or nuclear attacks on an American or European city was "only a matter of time," and that "renegade scientists" have given the know-how to terrorists to create WMD.

• Special biological detectors have already been placed in 31 U.S. cities as early warnings of a bio-terror attack, according to a recent Associated Press story. Some of the cities include New York, Boston, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Diego, San Francisco and St. Louis.

• The recent arrest of an Indian national and British arms dealer, who was attempting to smuggle up to 50 Russian-made missiles into the U.S., shows that commercial airliners, U.S. military aircraft AND even Air Force One are seriously threatened by terrorists who are willing to use SAMs (Surface-to-Air Missiles) to bring them down.

• Earlier this month, the FBI alerted airport security personnel to watch for new types of concealed weapons that can be used for hijackings -- another clear sign of the Feds' heightened concern over new 9/11-style hijackers.

• Over the weekend, the FBI issued a new warning of al-Qaida plots to hijack planes originating in Great Britain and flying them into "important" buildings.

• The U.S. Capitol has been deemed a probable terror target, say top U.S. officials quoted in a recent WorldNetDaily and Newsweek story. Congress returns from its August recess next Tuesday.

• A recent General Accounting Office (GAO) report stated that at least 30 non-citizens who had their visas revoked due to links to terrorism have not been deported, and are missing and at large inside the U.S.

• The recent power outage in the Northeast and Midwest -- that left 50 million Americans without electricity -- demonstrates how vulnerable we are as a nation and our economy. Though the cause of the "blackout" has not yet been determined, Rep. Peter King (R-NY), a member of the House subcommittee on Homeland Security, says that terrorism cannot be ruled out.

Indeed, three weeks ago the Homeland Security Department issued a warning that a cyber-attack against critical infrastructure would take place in the month of August!

Seems this is really just an Arab-French Economic War against the rest of the West! Until the Bush Administrations Foreign Policy singles out a few more of so called friends, I'm afraid that we will not be serious enough to deter them (friends and enemies alike).

Everyone should have a 3 day supply of food, water, etc in their car and at least a months supply at home.

Keep gas in your car. The blackout showed that gas pumps to not work without power.

I would keep after him until he comes around. People may think it's silly, but people laughed at Noah too. Remind him is more than just about terrorism. Earthquakes, floods, etc. can happen anywhere.

If I may, I would like to add the information that I have recently deveopled concerning the SIXTH and perhaps final variant of the SoBig computer worm that is scheduled to execute its payload (exact nature undetermined) on or about 9/11/03,. Contrary to what is being repored in the press and based on a careful analysis of various recent events, the worst may be yet to come. For critical details concenring this ominous threat that the press is not reporting, you can decide for yourself by looking at the facts contained on www.HomelandSecurityUS.com.
