This guys trial needs to be televised, and his execution by the Iraqi people as well.

I thought he had already been killed. Who was it that died in an attack on a house?

Okay, we have the Bio/Chemical program director, and now Chem Ali, why have we not got these bleeping creeps talking yet about the precise whereabouts of their WMD-stash?! It may indeed be time to turn these guys over to the Kurds...just letting them know we want them to talk before they die...

Putting aside Hussein's kids whom I'm pretty sure are dead, how many other Iraqis that we killed are going to turn up alive? I know I'm not the only one that remembers it being reported that he and a bodyguard were killed somewhere.
Why do I bring this up? What if some of these higher ranking Iraqis that are supposed to be dead are running around in the background orchestrating the terrorist attacks.
Something to think about.

Wasn't he a confirmed kill after one of the bombing during the war? I remember the Kurds celebrating his death. Now here he is again. So much for our positive identification ... system.

Dem Campaign Heats Up As Saddam Tosses Hat In Ring, By David Burge, CNSNews.com Political Satire
...During a televised debate at Iowa State University in Ames Wednesday, he deftly parried a question from Missouri Congressman Richard Gephardt who challenged his compassion of the plight of working families.
"Mister Gephardt, I am the only candidate on this stage who knows, first hand, how the policies of the Republican Bush gang can destroy families, topple their statues, and leave them in financial ruin," he snarled to thunderous applause.
He also went on the offensive against Kerry, noting that, "while my good friend the senator may talk a good game, I actually know what it takes to implement a 110% flat tax rate."
Perhaps his strongest moment of the night came in a verbal free-for-all against Dean, when the two engaged in a 15-minute argument over which candidate had the stronger anti-Bush record.
Dean later appeared flummoxed when Saddam challenged him to detail his chemical weapons deployment platform. "My record on gassing Kurds is very clear, Howard. Yours is not. You are simply missing in action."
"That's not fair," responded a red faced Dean.
In a verbal coup de grace that drew laughter and cheers, Saddam said, "I knew Chemical Ali. I was friends with Chemical Ali. And Howard, you are no Chemical Ali." ...
