The real importance of this report is that it makes the case for pre-emption.

Interesting how my very own shameful senator, Bob Graham, who is a member of THE committee that is supposed to be totally apprised of what this report means is walking around saying that we shouldn't be doing what we are doing in Iraq. WAKE UP, Senator Graham!

They failed to act on this information because they operated amid an anti-terror mindset that wasn't serious.

Actually, they were operating under an entire administration that wasn't serious about combatting terrorism.

And this argument that President Bush has underreacted to 9/11 comes at the same time Democrats say he's overreacted to Iraq.

This needs to be shouted from the rooftops of the RNC!
