Expose as much flesh as you can get away with to attract the boys. Its been around for quite awhile and not just with low rise jeans either.

Why is it women feel that they have to go along with whatever trend comes down the runway? Some guys go for the XXXXX-baggy jeans look, but they are in the minority (at least where I live).

This year's fashion phenomenon, T-shirt maker C&C California, is selling tank tops with 18 inches of fabric from the armhole to the bottom of the shirt, compared with just 11 inches for regular T-shirts. Says co-owner Claire Stansfield: "We filled that gap." The startup company has a waiting list for its cover-up tank top.

I'm no genius, but isn't this defeating the whole purpose? Why not just buy normal jeans?

And while that might be just the ticket for some, it's a problem in need of a solution to women with even a modicum of modesty.

Here's a wild solution to this terrible problem, wear something that doesn't cause the problem.

"It's just a way of life now," she says. "If you want to be fashionable, you've got to practice socially responsible bending."

Two sentences that should never go together.

If you aren't very careful, you end up showing too much.

You can't show too much unless you have too much.

As any woman who has purchased them can attest, they come with one little drawback: If you aren't very careful, you end up showing too much. And while that might be just the ticket for some, it's a problem in need of a solution to women with even a modicum of modesty.

Will I be flamed if I suggest that women who are modest wouldn't buy clothes which force them to be very careful lest they be exposed?

When I was in school, you would have been teased for days if the tag on your underwear showed. Nowadays, guys who wear baggy jeans have to practically put their lower back on a bus seat to prevent pantsing themselves, and every other young woman displays the waistband of her panties if she bends down or kneels.

Here's what's more alarming IMHO -- teen girls with tattoos on the small of their backs barely above their cracks! Those aren't there for their own enjoyment, are they?

Back in the day, when we called them 'hip-huggers' and wore them with halter or tube tops, it seems to me we worried more about our tops falling out than about our bottoms falling out?

Of course, I'm getting old, that was about 30 years ago, and I might not be remembering clearly....

I hate these refrigerater-repairman jeans these women are wearing. Can't they come up with something better?

I like my BDU's--plenty of pocket room so I can go out and not have to carry a purse. I can't stand jeans. The pockets (if they have them, are useless).

I don't find these things sexy in the least. I find them gross. There's nothing quite so sexy as that which requires a bit of imagination.

Can low-rise get any lower? Can mid-riff tops get any higher? What's next, just leg warmers, a bolero jacket and a belt???

Maybe it's all just a ploy by the hair removal industry...

Low cut pants are a great way to quickly weed out dumb sluts.

Quite the timesaver.
