Yea, when the BATF(and now E) needs to rustle up some good PR they always go for the easy targets. The Hells Angels are a known criminal enterprise, and have been for years. They are also not to hard to find, so when you need to get some good press for fighting crime, just head on over to the local Angels hangout and troll out some bait.
When is the government just going to give up on the BATF(and now E) and send them the way they need to go. (the way of the DoDo)

The Hells Angels are a known criminal enterprise, and have been for years. "Officially" they aren't supposed to be, but that's kind of like expecting the Teamsters to be pure from the Mafia.
