The lawyers will figure out a way to blame the teacher.

The teacher, who works in an alternative school program for troubled youth, had suspended the boy for spitting in her face and pushing her, police said.

Well, I can understand why the poor dear's mother was upset. The child should be allowed to spit in the teachers face. And push her. As often as he likes. The teacher was way out of line for attempting to discipline such a delightful child. [/sarcasm]

Police say a mother and her two sons beat a teacher unconscious at school with a desk and a chair because she had suspended the younger boy.

Yup, don't ever get between a mother and her free day care providers. It's like ordering the mother to care for her own kids!

"The victim's 11-year-old son was in the classroom at the time and ran to a pay phone across the street to call police, Centamore said. Mereness and her sons were gone when police arrived."

....They most likely slithered back into the sewer from which they came...

Why does anyone bother trying to help these people? I think miscreants like this should be eliminated. What purpose do they serve other than to terrorize law abiding citizens? Oh...I remember...they toil away on the democrat voter plantation.

Well, I think the mother definitely proved her point. It's clearly obvious that her little angel didn't do anything wrong and should never have been suspended.

This is why I bust my ass to keep my Son in a private school.

Public education is no more. The liberals have ruined that too. To give them more money is futile. We need to revamp our educations system or don't advertise free education in America. Liberals... the educated ones

While executing them earlier would probably prevent more crime, a work prison where they must both support themselves and pay restitution(make prisons into money-making factories where the inmates must work to eat) is more just. At some point we have to execute violent offenders or never let them have physical contact with another human being.

I once knew a woman who taught pre-school. She told me that on two seperate occasions she had a gun stuck in her face by an angry parent. Did I meantion that this is preschool?

Did you ever notice when watching The Discovery Channel that wild animals in nature for the most part tend to their young. As a teacher of a couple of decades I wonder why such a natural event has become such a rare phenomenon in so much of American society.

It wasn't a gun, it was because the alternative school was held in a church.
