(Democrat) Candidate's Son Held on Dynamite Throwing

PITTSTON, Pa. - The son of a Pittston council candidate was accused of throwing a stick of dynamite that exploded several feet from two police officers, but his father said the charges are politically motivated.

Dino Argo, 24, was arrested early Friday after police said he threw a quarter-stick of dynamite from his apartment and it exploded near police who were helping a motorist.

Dino Argo is the son of Danny Argo, a 51-year-old Democrat who last week lost a bid for a seat on the Pittston council. Mayor Michael Lombardo said Dino Argo's actions were likely connected to Danny Argo's criticism of the police department.

"These allegations of my character, that my character is bad, are totally ludicrous," Danny Argo said.

He said his son's actions were meant to be a prank, but that he used bad judgment. "He threw (it) off the back porch not with the intent to injure anyone. He did it to taunt police."

According to police, the dynamite exploded 10 to 15 feet from officers James Noone and Robert Lombardo, the mayor's brother.

During his campaign for council, Danny Argo criticized the police department, saying police repeatedly pulled vehicles over near his son's apartment.

So exactly WHICH charges are more dangerous and deadly here?
The accusations or the very real & deadly dynamite explosives which were intended to maim or kill the police officers, or is it ok to kill cops because you've got 'protection' from someone higher-up?

oh, sorry I wasnt talking about the Klintons here....

Why does some little sh*thead even think he could get away with "taunting" the police by throwing a M80 at them?

Co*ksu*king elites who think their above the law.
And Papa belives it too.

Oh! Now that explains it. Boys will be boys.

I think I see where 90 percent of this kid problems come from. Father and son are both a few fries short of a happy meal.

Well, which the hell is it? The son is 24 years old, by the way.

Geez. Somebody scare me with a stick of dynamite, I'm liable to double-tap him before my trigger finger can even blink. Just as a prank, of course.

quarter-stick of dynamite
This sounds phony or the reporter knows nothing
about explosives( likely).
Explosivies come in several sizes from 1 pound
to 10 pounds.
Caps are needed to set off explosives.
They can be a cap set of by a lit fuse or
electric blasting caps.
The cap used to set off nitrate explosives
are normally 8 ounce cast primers.
even a normal cap is dangerous for several feet.
Even if he had 4 ounces of high explosives and
a cap this could do danger for several yards not
feet.

And what of the car that the officers were at. As if this little prank didn't deafen the driver for a week?

Hey, nobody was hurt (except maybe the hearing of those nearby and maybe a few birds killed, oh, and a few possible heart attacks at the elderly neighbors home and and a few kiddos scared sh*tless...but other than that...)can't we just move on?

CAN'T WE JUST MOVE ON?

Dino Argo is the victim of a bad upbringing...the not-enough-ass-whippings-as-a-child sort of bad upbringing.

Hmmm? The story starts out with a stick of dynamite and ends up with a quarter stick, which in the jargon is called a flash bang, and might as well be called a cherry bomb or M-80. They make the same sound and and are about as dangerous. You wouldn't hold one in your hand, and they are fuse activated not cap activated. They are also forbidden in the real world (didn't used to be.) I had them as a youngster, and they played heck with ant nests. Todays firecrackers or fireworks, are nothing compared to what used to be available, and it is just too bad, because now, people have to resort to much more devious and dangerous stuff to get the sound of a bang on the fourth of July. Throwing any firecracker at the police is a really stupid thing to do if you don't want to keep your personal freedom.

I'd like to know what these A holes would think if we came throwing dynamite sticks at their houses just for taunts.

Yep, the fascist criminals are here to adminster you, not you to administer them.
