Help please, anyone... I do a FR search ie "Disney", I get a list of articles, however, they are not ordered by date.
If I want to verify that an article has not been posted, before I make a redundant post, what is the method. (Is there a tip to doing a search?) Thanks!
ps Also, what is a 'ping', and what's with the 'moose'?

Here you go. Note that the search is ordered by post time.
A "ping" is a way of alerting another FReeper to a thread of interest to them.
I'll leave the Moose/Cheese explanation to more "series" minds.

I couldn't get an answer to the "ping" question when I asked, but what I surmise (from experience) is that by replying "Ping" (or anything) to the article, you mark it in your "New Posts to You" page so you can find the article again after it ages off the active list. Think "bookmark," but not in the browser favorites.

Also, what is a 'ping', and what's with the 'moose'? Ping is a form of paging someone to a site of interest. As far as the moose, well it's just folks having fun. You'll also probably see the moose associated with cheese some time.
