Are you trying to say that state laws are unable to prohibit certain forms of sexual conduct?

What does the prohibition of certain forms of sex have to do with the fact that the 10% figure promulgated by homosexual activists has been a flat out lie? Are we to legalize every sexual behavior demand just because a particular sexual practice feels good to some miniscule part of the population? We limit certain forms of speech, we limit other rights based on the characteristics of individuals. Then again other charateristics tend to be immutable not mere behavioral choices.

hardly, the strawman argument does not work. Homosexual seek legitimacy in a completly different arena. The use of the lie of exagerating their numbers was used specifically to not seek only tollerance but acceptance. Students in PC schools risk expulsion for calling some student "gay" or "fag" but should a homosexual practioner call someone a "breeder" the pc police applaud. This is not a religion of conscience. This is a behavior of sex. Legalize homosexuality then as a consistency you MUST and you WILL have to legalize Adult Incest, Polygamy, and Beastiality.

Consider now that the lie is exposed, what are they saying? Oh well it does not matter. Oops sorry. The lie has done its job. Like any other studies, people with a lot at stake can find something wrong with some of them. If you want to say the study that I referenced is invalid, you have to demonstrate it, just like a thinking adult would.

I've been told regarding psychosis that after all the "modern treatment" meatheads, about a third get better, a third get worse and a third stay the same. I wouldn't hold that up as a model for sex redirection programs. And I doubt that you'd be happy with a recent "graduate" announcing that he's going to marry your daughter.

Whatever the combination of "biological errors" as Dr. Laura said, and environment as many people on this thread want to focus on, being gay is no more a "choice" than being crazy. (And like with being gay, a few people actually do choose to act crazy some of the time)

It all comes down to self-esteem. Apparently, sexual perversion is okay according to the APA as long as the pervert feels good about him or herself. Why the APA doesn't use the same reasoning to eliminate narcissism as a disorder (by definition, nobody feels better about him or herself than a narcissist) is a mystery.

On the other hand, there has been considerable pressure within the APA to formally classify disgust and revulsion for homosexual behavior as a mental disorder. It is already considered a disorder if the person him or herself experiences feelings of life-affecting anxiety, self-disgust, and self-revulsion over his or her homosexual behavior. What many in the APA would like to do is extend the classification to other people (e.g., Christian conservatives and,presumably, children who have not yet been indoctrinated into the "gay is good" mindset) who have feelings of disgust and revulsion for homosexual behavior.

Better watch your mouth. Publically expressing an opinion equating homosexuality with insanity will buy you a fine and possibly even some jail time in the coming pro-gay America. I spoke with a Dutch woman who had in her own home expressed disgust for lesbian activity to some neighbors who were there for coffee and a visit. One of the neighbors reported her to the leader of a local Dutch group, a sort of Kommissar of Sexual Freedom, who came to her door with a contingent of supporters, loudly cursed her for being "hateful," and told her they had reported her to the local police for investigation of committing a hate crime. She ended up retaining an attorney who told her to be ore careful about what she said to visitors in her home.

Perhaps you should pick up a dictionary. Sodomy includes people of the opposite sex having oral sex. Very few horrific risks of disease or mutual assaults there, at least not when I've been involved in such. Or do you think we should outlaw that?
