It is a Parody. It is funny, with Bush answering "Whatever!" when people try to change his mind on Iraq. It takes a couple minutes on 56K to load. Maybe 2 min. or less.
Everyone at our celebration today, viewed it, and the entire afternoon, whenever anyone said something that was suppose to be significant..we all flapped our arms and yelled..' WHATEVER !!! " ..LOl
