Log Cabin Republicans Leader Still on ‘us_Queers’ Forum     5/7/2003
By Allyson Smith

Eva Young and Friends Blast CWA with Expletives

A state leader of the “gay” activist group Log Cabin Republicans still has not disassociated herself from the “us_Queers” online discussion forum associated with activists who created a similarly named website advocating the murder of pro-family leaders, Culture and Family Report has learned.

Meanwhile, the homosexual activist who founded the now defunct “usQueers” website appears to be violating his probation terms following his assault on a Baptist church.

As Culture & Family Report and then WorldNetDaily.com reported last week, Eva Young, president of Log Cabin Republicans of Minnesota, is a co-moderator of “us queers,” a discussion group associated with the usQueers.com website whose owner, Bruce Allan Ross, served jail time last year for attempting to kidnap a Southern Baptist minister in June 2001 in San Diego. The website calling for the “horrible death” of pro-family leaders like Dr. James Dobson and Beverly LaHaye was ordered taken down by the judge who sentenced Ross to jail.

The Culture and Family Report article on Young’s association with the notorious group outraged several us_queers members last weekend. They posted vile, obscene messages directed at this writer and Concerned Women for America.

LCR silent

The national office of Log Cabin Republicans has not yet responded to this writer’s inquiries nor taken any public action against Young. Young has continued to post to us_queers since the story broke last week, and has not formally disassociated herself from the group.

In media interviews, national Log Cabin Executive Director Patrick Guerrierro has called on both the homosexual and pro-family sides to ramp down their rhetoric. But Young, in one of her e-mails posted to the “usQueers” discussion group, used highly crude sex slang terms to ridicule Culture & Family Report and our story last week reporting her ties to Ross and his followers.

Before the story broke late last week, young posted this writer’s interview questions to the “us_queers” group. The list of questions prompted another forum member, Rusty Morris, to post a message titled “CWA, Intimidation, and a vapid vacuous nazi named Allyson Smith.” The following paragraphs from Morris’ message have been edited for spelling and grammar, but not for content:

Here we have the usual, a vapid scank representative of one of the most rhetorical propagandist-demonizing-fascist slime on this planet. As usual, trying to intimidate the ‘uppity queer’… [insert various other minority slang at random]… and you have the hallmark of all supremacists and business as usual.

So we have this vapid (as in bitch) ‘lady,’ this vacuous (as in air-headed, scatterbrained, dumb [as a] chia pet) ‘woman’… AKA female nazi who thinks that she can intimidate anyone who will stand up and expose her lies and those of her supremacist cohorts AKA ‘culture’ and ‘family’ org. and Concerned ‘women’ of America, and the fascist pigs who they reel into their web of attempted genocide on our people.

In an interview with Culture & Family Report, Young said she doesn’t always agree with Morris but called him an “interesting guy.” She said she posts on “us_Queers and other online forums independent of her work for Log Cabin Republicans.

Morris went on to demonize Gary Morella, a Pennsylvania State University research mathematician who two weeks ago penned a defense of Sen. Rick Santorum for Culture and Family Report:

…Morella (like all of them) try to make themselves SEEM less like lunatics by associating their names with bylines and signatures which SEEMINGLY lend credibility to their extremist demonizing lies and rhetoric. So (as we saw from P.U.) we had every right to find out whether they approved of their name being touted on a hate site, to lend credibility to provable LIES attributed by the christo-het Gary Morella who then used his affiliation with P.U. to make himself seem like more than just another nazi pig loser with delusions of supremacy.

Continuing his rant, Morris called this writer “Hitler-like” and a five-letter expletive beginning with the letter “B.” He ended by saying:

Take your vapid (derriere) to Saudi Arabia! Or better yet, get all your little christo-het Nazis together and buy a South Pacific island somewhere and set up your own private Taliban…because THY TIME HAS PAST, and neither her nor any of the others will EVER put us or anyone else back in the closet or under their feet! So shape up or ship out ALLYSON…because this is the United States of America, MY country, you can share it or you can head for the hills. Because you people will never turn this country into an American Taliban. Not without a lot more blood than I think even YOU have the (testicles) for.

Ross plans to reinstate “usQueers” site

Although Ross was forced by court order to remove his original website, which called for “a horrible death by any means soon” for “well-known het (heterosexual) supremacists,” he still maintains a “placeholder” domain on the Internet, where he states:

“The website will be coming back, hopefully in May if not before. Come visit with us on Rusty’s Yahoo e-mail discussion group “us_queers.” Ross also lists his personal e-mail address on the site.

Monday morning, May 5, this writer visited San Diego Superior Court to examine Bruce Allan Ross’ criminal file. Ross’ record reveals that he is currently appealing a December 3, 2001, court order to “not log on to, visit, or participate in any way [with] the website ‘usqueers.com’ or any website of that nature.”

In the appeal filed March 4, 2002, Ross contests “improper conditions of probation, i.e., anger management classes and prohibition against initiating computer websites.” A subsequent filing by Ross’ court-appointed attorney Amanda F. Doerrer states “one of the potential appellate issues in this case looks at the Constitutionality of the restrictions upon appellant’s freedom of speech via the Internet which were imposed as a condition of probation.”

In separate telephone conversations with Ross’ probation officer and a San Diego District Attorney spokesman on May 5, both confirmed that Ross’ current participation in the us_queers discussion group appears to violate his probation terms.

“The Court order remains while the appeals case is being adjudicated,” said deputy DA Mike Groch of the computer crimes division. Copies of Ross’ recent us_queers posts, including his response to Mrs. Recicar, have been sent to his probation officer.

C&F Report will report more on usQueers webmaster B. Allan Ross’ troubled past next week.

Log Cabin leader tied
to radical 'queers'

Website urged murder of President Reagan, Christian leaders

The leader of a Republican homosexual activist group that considers itself a moderate influence in the party is linked to radical "queers" urging the murder of Christian leaders, according to a family advocacy group.

Eva Young, president of the Minnesota Log Cabin Republicans, is co-moderator of a discussion group associated with usQueers.com, a notorious website shut down by a court order, according to a report written by Allyson Smith for Concerned Women for America.

The website, which debuted in March 2001, displayed a "Wanted" poster calling for "A Horrible Death By Any Means Soon" for "Well-Known Het [heterosexual] Supremacists."

Webmaster Bruce Allan Ross included on his hit list former President Ronald Reagan and former Sens. Jesse Helms and Strom Thurmond. The site also called for the deaths of Focus on the Family's James Dobson and CWA founder Beverly LaHaye.

Ross was jailed last year after storming a Baptist Church in San Diego and threatening its pastor with a broken glass bottle.

CWA discovered Young's link to the website when a writer for its Culture and Family Report publication, Gary Morella, came under fire for his article defending Sen. Rick Santorum's remarks about a Supreme Court sodomy law case.

Young e-mailed Morella to question his qualifications and possibly jeopardize his job as faculty member at Penn State University.

The Log Cabin leader insisted to CWA in a phone interview she was not trying to get Morella fired, but said perhaps he should be "disciplined" by the university because his Penn State affiliation was noted in the article.

Won't exclude 'any methods'

Robert Knight, director of CWA's Culture and Family Institute, called on the Log Cabin Republicans' national leadership to disassociate itself from Young for her involvement with "usQueers" activists, the family advocacy group said.

CWA said it obtained an archived copy of the website, which has this disclaimer: "usQueers.com does not authorize, ratify or directly threaten acts of violence toward the people or organizations on this list."

Other pages on the website, however, show photos of weapons and describe their use, including guns, a sword cane, a bow saw and a throat slasher.

The website asked visitors to supply personal information about its targets, including: their home, office and church addresses; favorite hangouts; family members; phone numbers; automobile license plate numbers; and "just about anything which could be useful in spotting these dangerous het supremacists when they are wandering around loose."

Its "About Us" section explains:

We are trying to provide information on this website which is not easily available elsewhere, and to serve as a conduit for communications between those who also have this mission. We do not automatically exclude the validity of any methods for achieving this mission.

Young told CWA she did not support calling for the death of critics of homosexuality, but contended, in the interest of free speech, usQueers.com should not have been shut down.

CWA noted a November 2001 radio talk show interview with San Diego's Rick Roberts in which Ross and CWA's Peter LaBarbera were guests. During the broadcast, Ross said he hoped LaBarbera would die of a heart attack.

LaBarbera, senior policy analyst at CWA's Culture and Family Institute, at the time was head of a group called Americans for Truth About Homosexuality.

On his website, Ross described LaBarbera as "a true bottomfeeder, a scum-sucking weasel who is obsessed with Queer sex beyond all reason, except where one watches him step on the bodies of those he kills with his lies in order to create his career as a Queer hater and hunter."

"His death should be soon, since he is rotting now from the inside out," Ross wrote.

'Bang, bang'

CWA said a recent check of the Yahoo discussion groups "usQueers" and its successor, "us_queers," shows Ross and Young are current contributors.

Young is shown as a co-moderator of the new us_queers discussion group, which lists as its co-owner Rusty Morris, who recently implied death threats against the leader of a pro-family San Diego group, Courageous Christians United.

In her interview with Culture and Family Report," Young said she "does not run" the us_queers discussion group, and contended her involvement on the list is a private activity not associated with Log Cabin Republicans.

"I'm on all sorts of lists," she said.

Young also moderates "sodomlist," a Yahoo chat venue "for folks to discuss tactics and approaches to get rid of sodomy laws."

Morris, also a member of sodomlist, posted a threatening response to Courageous Christians United director Steve Klein for his criticism of the "Day of Silence," a national protest event held April 9 by homosexual activists.

Morris wrote:

Bang Bang...they shot him down, BANG BANG ..that lovely sound... BANG BANG... filthy christo-het...Bang Bang...got what he should get bang bang...facist nazi pig...bang bang...big mouth and little [expletive] bang bang...this is my disclaimer...bang bang...free speech fantasy waiver bang bang...that beautiful sound...bang bang...IN MY DREAMS...my baby shot him down

Young insisted she does not "celebrate the deaths of anybody," and condemns more extreme statements by Morris and usQueers, but called Morris "an interesting guy."

"This is an edgy list," with lively opinions, she said "I don't support everything that people say on that list."

Mainstream status

CWA's Knight said "it will be interesting to see if Log Cabin Republicans – which has blasted a leading Republican senator for merely voicing his opinion in defense of sodomy laws – will now fully disassociate itself from Ms. Young and her fanatical usQueers allies."

In an interview for Culture and Family Report, LaBarbera asked Young whether or not Log Cabin Republicans should allow one of its state leaders to be involved with extremist "gay" activists who celebrate the murder of opponents and use incendiary rhetoric such as "Christo-het supremacists" to describe people of faith.

Young replied, "It's up to the LCR to respond to you. If they're going to [let me go], they're going to do it. I don't expect them to. It would be stupid. It will hurt them in the gay press, but it's their call."

She told LaBarbera she doesn't use phrases like "Christo-het supremacist," but said, nevertheless, "You are one."

CWA's Knight asserted the GOP should factor in Young's radical associations when confronted with the temptation to confer mainstream status on the Log Cabin group.

"There is nothing conservative about consorting with vicious anti-Christian bigots," he said, "just like there is nothing conservative about supporting the redefinition of marriage to include two men or two women, or pretending that two male lovers adopting a baby is as healthy for the child as having a mom and a dad."

Anyone who thinks that the 'Log Cabin Republicans' are really Republicans needs to have their head examined...and that especially includes GOP 'leaders'.

The homosexuals get their jollies everytime normal people say "log". They are trying to queer or homosexualize abraham lincoln. They have no heros so they steal from the dead.

The will try and disrupt the Republican convention by "comming" out then. Mark Folley a republican might or might not be gay candidate is currently running for the US senate nomination. Supposedly, he has been frequenting homosexual bars but he refuses to repudiate the lifestyle. Its time for this lifestyle fetish to be exposed for the mere destructive sexual behavior that it is. These are just efforts to gain legitimacy by being everywhere. It reminds me of the 70's pornography industry which was laughed at when they were trying to be serious "art", it did not hide the seedy truth and destruction.

the log cabin republican are just like bill clinton. He is a member of whoever is winning. He would have been a nazi in germany because they were in power, a communist in the USSR, and so on. The homosexuals are using the status of pink republicans in order to hedge their bets in order to not be out of power. (see black voting as a 90% block)

That's probably true.

But the likelihood is that they are almost all voting for RATs when they get inside the voting booth anyway.

But even if they ALL voted Republican, their presence in the Party is a huge negative.

. . . “a horrible death by any means soon” for “well-known het (heterosexual) supremacists,” . . .

Perhaps church leaders need to arm themselves as a real measure of security. Wackos like these are truely dangerous, but they would stop a bullet just like anyone else.

I notice this trend. A poster comes up with a bizarre, sexual thought, posts it, then quickly attributes it to the queers. Kinda makes you go HMMMM.

This thread will draw the homo apologist like flies to warm cowsh!t (I live on a farm). When they post, trying to use the word 'gay' to characterize homsoexual mlaes, just read 'homo infectus' as the species. It would be fun to establish the nexus of GAY = HOMO INFECTUS species .

Actually, you're not trying to "get away". You're coming to a thread about homosexuality. Just pointing that out.

heh heh heh, watch out, you'll start getting the same e-mail from the homo infectus queens that I regularly get. The 'activist' tag is most appropriate when associated to their frenzied sexual proclivities. How very sad that their sexual proclivities are the center of their lives, kind of like drug addiction don'tcha know! Odd species that 'homo infectus'; odd species tags.

"How very sad that their sexual proclivities are the center of their lives"

I agree.
But it is only half as sad as when others' sexual proclivities are the center of other people's lives.

I think queer is a better euphemism than gay. 'Queer' is like 'nigger' -- it's only ok when they say it.

Surely it hasn't missed your attention that the 'homo infectus' species has chosen to make their sexual proclivities the issue, the issue they, the homo infectus species members, demand to be addressed by society. Remember that phrase 'in the closet'? Bwahahaha, not enough room in the closet for the species of homo infectus.
