Just announced on CNN--they think the powder is explosive, not chem weapons.

I can't think of any chemical weapon that could be stored as powder in test tubes. That stuff is gas or liquid.

I can't think of any chemical weapon that could be stored as powder in test tubes. I'm no expert, but I recall reading that many chem weapons were stored in 2 parts, (kind of like epoxy) both relatively safe to handle. They were only mixed when ready to be used.
